The owner of this business said it is normal for them to stop troubleshooting broken equipment as soon as they find an issue, they fix that issue, and then charge you to continue troubleshooting! If I ask you to quote me on repairing equipment(that means works) you should trouble shoot everything to get an accurate quote. Does not stand behind. Their own work…. Wants you to pay for them to come out and fix it.

Shawty business practice- if you want to pay for unlicensed, uncertified, work that is not done to manufacturer specification… Go ahead and hire this sideways company…

Picture below is what I found- Paranoid Android says they applied new thermal paste…. But seems they forgot to apply it to my unit… you want to come fix it- I will “fix my review” call me, you have my number
