Mold on the ceiling. Paint peeling off the walls. Cockroaches in the rooms. They ran out of pain meds for my sister. Worst place I have ever seen. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here. It's tragic.

Where to start…?. The building is old run down, EVEN AFTER THE SO CALLED RENOVATIONS!!! This facility has a high staff turnover rate. Every 2 to 3 months the management changes!!!They seem to be understaffed, I never see more than 1-2 people on a unit!!! When I call the facility, usually can’t get anyone on the phone, and if they do answer they are usually unable to answer the questions!!! Some of the staff are nice, seem overwhelmed do to lack of staff members!!! I gave them 1 star, only because 1/2 stars are not selectable!!!?

**This nursing home has a ways to go before they deserve any stars. The food often tastes or smells bad. Workers (especially in the evenings) are rude and much too busy talking among themselves, not working. Have been hung up on several times while on hold. My cousin's tv and multiple cell phones have been stolen by staff. Also my cousin hasn't been given water at times--he was very thirsty! Workers need much better oversight and probably more pay for this demanding job. Get with it new management!

Well from my experience. Arabella is under new management and the facility is being renovated. My first time experiencing rehab. It was a little scarey but the staff and management are wonderful. We had no problems with our loved one being in their care. If I had to choose again I would pick this one. No complaints.They took a scarey situation and made it easy. Thank you to all the management and staff.

Can’t get any one to answer the phone. When I ask for the floor my brother is on it rings 3 times and hangs up! This has happened EVERY time I call for about 2 months now. I just want to ask his nurse how he’s doing!! I don’t understand why I can’t get anyone to help me.☹️
