2 years ago I gave a five-star review to McCarthy Pharmacy. Today on January 28th, 2021, I am editing my review to add a few photos and to still keep that five star review. I rarely give five stars to any place but McCarthy Pharmacy has helped me for the last two years. Confidentiality and professional customer service is their number one priority and that means you!
For the last 2 years, every time that I have came into the store I've always been greeted with a hello and asked how am I doing. That really means a lot!
Two years ago I wrote the following: Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Top notch customer service and I mean top notch. At McCarthy Pharmacy, I feel like I'm part of a family. That really means a lot. After a decade at Walgreens, 3 years at Rite Aid, 5 years at CVS, I'm glad I found McCarthy Pharmacy because I'll never go back to any of those places. Customer service, confidentiality, quality of the product and or prescription, are phenomenal. The only way you can go wrong is by not going, so what are you waiting for! In the three years I’ve been a customer at McCarthur Pharmacy, I’ve consistently experienced outstanding service. It’s not just the affordability that keeps me coming back, but the incredible team they have.

Marty, the owner, leads by example. He’s attentive in making sure prescriptions are affordable and delivered on time. His approach to customer education about medications is thorough and thoughtful.

But it’s not just Marty – the entire staff at Macarthur Pharmacy deserves recognition. They’ve created an environment where you feel genuinely cared for. During the pandemic, this team’s effort to ensure uninterrupted medication delivery was nothing short of heroic.

I've been using McCarthy pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy for years now. Marty and his team are professional, caring and sincerely concerned about my well being. I'm always greeted like a family member and asked if I'm OK or have any questions. I'm notified when prescriptions are available and contacted if I'm late picking up my prescription. The attention and service I get is100 times better than I would ever get from a larger pharmacy. If I had to rate McCarthy it would be A+++
