I had a panic attack in the parking lot after my last visit here. He and his staff are by far the rudest and most insensitive people I’ve ever encountered anywhere. He kept telling me I was ‘too pretty’ for my teeth to be in the shape that they’re in and told me I was a liar when I explained how they’d ended up in that condition. He didn’t even let me finish a sentence before he was interrupting to tell me I was lying. Literally everything he said within the first 10 minutes was commenting on my appearance, not discussing the reason I was there. His dental hygienist, who was new a few months ago and I regret not getting her name, was just as rude and had numerous degrading comments of her own. They left me utterly speechless. I’ve never had people treat me this way for no apparent reason. I guess they just immediately made assumptions about me and decided I was lesser and should be treated as such. They have zero empathy, compassion, or will to maintain one’s dignity. I would not let them trim my dog’s nails, much less return for dental work or refer anyone to them for any reason. I’ve never had anyone make me feel as worthless and humiliated as these people did. Women especially, stay away. Stay far, far away from this place. This is one of the only times I’ve ever wished I’d been recording on my phone.
