I’ve been to 3 Little Rock dentists in the 4.5 years I’ve lived here, and never felt more at home than at Dr. Shuffield’s office. I feel like family every time I visit. He fixed my TMJ when none of the other dentists could. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

Pam was professional and helpful making my first appointment to checking me out. Hannah gave a detailed and thorough cleaning with good x-rays. Michelle kept track of my dental charts. Dr. John discussed thoroughly what could be done with my dental request. Dr. John and all his staff were friendly and personable!

If you are looking for a dentist, stop looking. Dr Shuff is the best. He currently treats four generations of my family. From 6 years old to 84 years young. His staff is amazing, they are all kind and very caring. Dr Shuff has never tried to upsell me on any treatment. His honesty and integrity are very important to him and it shows in his work. I can't say enough good things, you need to see for yourself.

After many years at another dental practice in Little Rock, I made the switch to Dr. Shuffield’s practice and have been very pleased with the service provided! The front office ladies are so nice and made me feel very welcomed the minute I stepped in! My hygienist, Angie, is very professional, thorough and personable. Dr. Shuffield has been wonderful! He is knowledgeable, listens to any concerns I have and offers options that make any dental work that needs to be done affordable. He is also very personable and never makes me feel like I’m “just another patient”. I am very pleased with Westside Dental!

I went today to Dr. Shuffield’s office for the first time, referred by a good friend. It was the very best dental visit I have ever had, and I truly mean that. The staff greeted me warmly, there was no wait for my appointment, and everyone I encountered treated me like they had known me for years. Before my appointment, Dr. Shuffield had already reviewed my information that I submitted online, as he sat with me to talk through issues, concerns, and my dental fears prior to them even starting to look at my teeth. This made me feel very comfortable, like they truly cared about me and my teeth! His dental assistant and hygienist did good, thorough work, were very personable, and again, appreciated me as a person. I am so incredibly glad my friend referred me. I finally feel like I can go to the dentist and enjoy, instead of dread, the visit. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Shuffield’s office!!!

Dr. Shuffield has been the best dentist I’ve ever had in my 50 + years. He really know his patients and takes time to talk each visit. I have appreciated him explaining each procedure and laying out the pros and cons of my long term dental options.
