Dr Dillion is the best dentist I ever went to. He is up front and honest and for the people afraid of dentist. He is your man! Had a back molar pulled which is a hard tooth to pull. I was relaxed and confident and it was over in less than an hour!

It's always a great experience at Aspen!!! Carly, Jasmine, Ashley G, Mrs. Karen, Berlin, and Dr. Hayes are an exceptional team!!! Best I've found in Hot Springs!!! Took amazing care of me and my teeth, we're knowledgeable and very friendly!!! Went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, Ashley even brought me a blanket during my procedure bc I was cold!!! Can't beat that!!! Found our new dental home for sure!!!!

Went in on a Tuesday for my consultation. Everyone one great! Explained what was needed and made the financial agreement. Very considerate and made great arrangements for me. Scheduled me the next morning for a cleaning and impressions. Karen did my cleaning and she was great! One of the best hygienist that I have ever had. Going back Monday for teeth extraction and dentures! Everyone there was fantastic and treated me very well! Looking forward to finishing up and will continue to use Aspen for all dental needs. Highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Worst experience ever!! Paid them in full with a loan from bank and several months later say I owe them $1700!!!! Do NOT go here!!! Go to Smile Hot Springs! They’re the best in town!! Hands down! This place is a joke! On top of that the young Dr was HORRIBLE! Had no idea what he was doing , screwed up my crown that I had to have redone. Worst dental experience EVER!!

Needed an emergency denture repair and they were highly rated for denture processes. Arrived, checked in, paid, and told 15-20 minutes. An hour later, my dentures were given to me and were covered with rough sharp gritty bits of acrylic all around - including the teeth that cut my cheek. They were taken in the back and brought back out with the same issue still in the pallet. They went back again and resolved that, but not the teeth or sides. They went back a third time and polished only the pallet again. The doctor then explained what they'd done without acknowledgement of the issue I was expressing. I left in tears. I called and attempted to get my money back as they filled too much in the pallet area during the repair and I can't use them because it hits my front teeth and prevents my back teeth from touching and flips my denture out, but the back of the pallet is now so thin you can almost see through it. I was told they can't refund me, but I can keep coming back until they get it right. Returning to the location equals 50 miles out of my time and pocket so it would cost me even more to let them keep "trying" to fix it. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Thank you so much to the RDH Karen Matthews for all your care and the education you provided.
It's the first time someone actually took the time to show me and teach me the proper way to care for my teeth. The most I ever got was " thank you ,see you next time,and don't forget to floss" There is little more to it than that.
Karen educated me and on my second visit my mouth and teeth were doing so much better. Thank you so much Aspen dental. And thank you RDH Karen Matthews.

I took my 90 year old mom for a one tooth partial. Without discussion they made a full set of uppers. When we told them we didn’t want the full set, they told us a one tooth partial would not stay in her mouth. Finally, we convinced them of what she wanted. We had to wait two hours for the partial she wanted.

When they charged us, we paid only $75.00 difference without a thorough explanation of why.
When they packed us up to go, they gave us gauze and adhesive for the partial but failed to put the new partial in the bag. We had to go back to retrieve it.

Overall, most of the people were nice but just did not seem competent at all.
