I stopped using big box stores for prescription needs near on a decade ago, and never looked back. I always recommend a mom n pop shop, and this is no exception.

My meds are filled on time, staff is polite, service is quick and I've never spent a half hour waiting for a script. They fill what comes in.

I switched to heartland after they opened their new location on College Street and I am already impressed. I was going to Walgreens before and I couldn't stand it. Heartland has already saved me money and time compared to Walgreens, sometimes cutting my prescription costs nearly in half. They're always very very friendly and hard working people and I highly recommend them!

For a lot of years prior to moving to Mountain Home, I always used Walgreens pharmacy. I started with them here as well. My daughter used Heartland, and I was tired of the lengthy waits at Walgreens. So I switched. What a great idea! I am so pleased with Heartland. The staff is friendly. There is little or no waiting, and I have never had a question they couldn't answer. I tell everyone I know to switch.

I love the people that work in this pharmacy. They are always so kind and helpful. It's a busy place with lots of us loyal customers. The only thing I wish is that they were open a little later on Saturday afternoons.

I love heartland Pharmacy!!! After tons and tons of trouble with CVS and Walgreens, not having my meds, always saying My insurance would not pay for the meds, after I have been taking the same meds for eight ( 8 ) years of taking the same meds and my insurance always paying for it, and the rude, nasty, unprofessional employees I changed to heartland Pharmacy!!! Heartland Pharmacy knows me by name, I feel like family everytime I walk into their store, I always feel welcome and appreciated... I never had one issue, not one problem getting my meds since I started using Heartland Pharmacy, and I've used them for over a year now!!!

Use to be locally owned when it was McGee's pharmacy. Not sure who or what owns it now. I have been using them for many years and I am charging pharmacys now. I gave the new heartland a chance but It has changed allot sense it became heartland and the changes are not for the better. The new pharmacist is a very rude and hatful person and honestly in my opinion is destroying a good name. Heartlands prices are higher and there policy's are completely different. It's to bad to see these good business change hands like this.
