My room. My decorations. NOISY lazy employees. 100 "patients. VERY slow with coffee and water. Underripe fresh fruit lot's of canned stuff. Employee lounge looks very well appointed. No water for half hour at breakfast. Slovenly kitchen and serving staff.

My mother is a resident here. She has lived here for 9 months. Mom has told me on several occasions that her things have come up missing. Many of the other residents have reported the same issue's. Now my mother raised my older brother and I pretty much all by herself, so she knows hard times and how to get through them. And although she is 74, she has no signs of failing faculties. So when my mom tells me that the patients/residents are not taken care of very well, I trust and believe her wholeheartedly. The reason we have stayed here ise, its the only place we can afford.
