The doctors and np are nice but the staff takes a extremely long time to communicate orders from other dr. and hospitals. They take a long time to send referrals or test results. It is a ongoing problem and with a medically complex and fragile child that's not acceptable. The front office and manager needs to do better.

Our family is up, above and beyond pleased and greatful for the level of care and attention to detail that this staff has provided to not just our family but also our community. They have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond. We defiantly feel that there have been things caught by them that others may have dismissed and eventually would have cause serious illness or injury to one of our children.

I couldn't recommend a better place for children. Not only are they friendly, patient and professional but they go above and beyond to explain in great detail what's going on with my child and the steps we need to take. My boys would not be comfortable seeing any other doctors due to the relationship they have built here. We absolutely love our EACC staff.
