First scheduled appointment, I showed up and their doctor was gone due to an emergency (understandable, but you could call your clients to tell them not to make the trek out there). Second scheduled appointment, *waited an hour* in the waiting room before being told they couldn't complete my blood draw due to it being a Friday. No apology, attempted not to reschedule me, terrible "customer service" and would not recommend.

Had an appointment but was there an hour and a half. I went in for respiratory symptoms. Nurse did a Covid test when she took vitals, put me in a room, said it would result in 10 minutes. No one came to my room for an entire hour, just to tell me it was negative. I asked if they could send off a PCR or respiratory pathogen panel. Was told they don’t do those there. Disappointed in my experience. There was hardly anyone there so I can’t imagine what took so long. Heard a lot of chatter and laughing outside at the nurses station. The receptionist who checked me in was very nice. They did write me a work excuse. Gave 2 stars for those 2 things.

The staff was accomidating, professional, knowledgeable, concerned, and attentive. I was seen, evaluated and given my options and treatment promptly. The treatment given me required that; I must remain for an hour observation. In that hour the nursing staff returned four time to check on me, and the physician came in three times to check on my progress. All in all, my visit left me knowing that MedExpress will be the only urgent care i will be using in the future.

This was the best experience I have had with an express Medical facility. I wasn’t aware you could schedule an appt on the weekends. I did that and there was only 1person a head of me. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appt and was treated professionally by Glen ,the nurse, then by a Dr that I couldn’t pronounce but he was very nice too. Glen gave the best steroid shot I have ever received and I really appreciated that. All in all, I would give them the highest rating you can give. Thanks

Scheduled an appointment for a drug screening only to show up and see that they’re closed with zero notification that I wasn’t going to be seen. This is the second time that this happened. This place has poor communication with its patients and advise anyone to stay far away from it. They do not care.

I was met with warmth and courtesy when I walked in. I had to wait to be seen and was given an approximate wait time which turned out to be accurate. The care and diagnosis was very thorough and medications appropriately prescribed - a very pleasant experience.

They only do walk ins at certain times!after being sick and driving 1 hr round trip of wasted time and gas ⛽️ for the 2 nd time I find this out !they sch for the past 2 yrs online only unless u happen to get lucky and walk in during the walk in selected times that ARE NOT POSTED ON WEBSITE THEREFORE MISLEADING ME TO WALK IN ANYTIME AND WASTE MY TIME .
BOTTOMLINE IS : don’t waste my time when I’m sick by misleading and not stating it’s online scheduling! How are Urgent Cares any different that regular Dr Offices if you must schedule just like one?
