The PT person is courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would keep her. The Home Health Nurse is also exceptional. I am well pleased with my care.

They are the only ones in network with UHC, left skilled nursing facility due to insurance was told that HomeHealth would provide the level of care needed. Came home on Monday, saw one person on Tuesday to admit me, then saw a PT on Wednesday only. Got told an aid is not covered with HH services for a skilled need, because an aid is a nonskillable need, when we can't provide proper hygiene and we were working on that in the facility. Haven't seen a OT as of friday and got told they would be out end of next week to do a visit, and Aid for showering wont be ordered until OT comes out. They called APS for the situation and refused to send a referral to previous skilled facility to get back in. UHC tells that aid for home health is covered but the HH has to code it correctly. UHC tells us to keep calling HH to get more help that is covered and HH refuse to come.
