The Hygienist and Doctor were so pleasant and comforting for my daughter. She was upset when she first seen them come in but they were talking to her to make her feel more at ease and was wonderful. I can’t remember their doctors name but I do remember the hygienist name was Ciara… Thank you both and also Thank you to the Dental Tech who came in with the doctor for giving me information that I needed… see you guys in 6 months

Out of all the Children's Dental Health offices, Aston is the best one in my opinion! I've taken my daughter for 5 years now, and she has an anxiety disorder. They are very communicative, gentle, and empathetic towards her and I! I took my 5 year old (special needs) to the Springfield location for silver caps and did not have the greatest experience. I switched him to the Aston Location and he not only sat for the entire cleaning and check up, but actually enjoyed the visit! It was so reassuring to see them make the necessary accomodations for each one of my children and adapt to their personal needs. We will be having my 2 year old go here as well! I can't recommend this location enough!

Clean office, spacious lobby area, great parking. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was our first visit and we will be returning. I only took away one star because, I received a text saying they had some earlier openings available. I responded that I would like to accept the new appointment and never got a confirmation. On my way to the office I decided to call to verify my new appointment, but they told me it wasn't in the system. Luckily the time slot was still available, so she scheduled my child. Unfortunately I over heard another parent walk in saying they had an appointment from someone who texted them the previous night. There were no more openings and he had to leave. A little more follow through with the text service would be great at preventing parents from driving there for no reason.

This is the BEST Children’s dental surgery facility. The staff are very attentive. The wait isn’t long and the work is impeccable. I definitely recommend here to any parent. Wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!

I'm having a hard time remembering the Dr's name but she was amazing with my daughter who has an extremely hard time sitting still. Also the tech Kay was super nice and he was helpful with paperwork. We were in and out relatively quickly.

Was billed $198 for a code D9920 "Behavior Management, By Report" charge, NOT covered by CHIP insurance. My 5-year-old was slightly nervous & took 60 seconds to get into the chair. There was no additional staff needed, no holding down of the arms needed by myself or anyone, no screaming, a little whining, and then cooperation. Absolutely fraudulent charge billed to me by this practice! Will be contacting to dispute fraudulent charge without a doubt.

What was the report for "behavior management"? A 5-year-old whined for a minute because she was nervous and then after a minute became cooperative? How is this justifiable? It's not. It's medical billing fraud, plain & simple.

Will be reported to HHS.

The staff was pleasant today. Some days, the staff who answers the phone was very rude. Ergo, they made me not want to come back.But I gave them another try. The hygienist were very outstanding with any questions I may have and they are very much pleasant. I am very happy with the care my child receives from the Children's Dental Health of Aston.
