This was my first visit, and I truly believe I’ve found my new primary care doctor.
The front desk and staff were kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away.

Since it was my first time, the team helped me check in and guided me through everything. The office felt calm and friendly.

Dr. Tucker was great! He took time to listen and explain things clearly.

When I was leaving, the staff even helped me understand how to make them my primary care provider with my insurance.

There’s lots of parking, and I highly recommend IM Health!

I have been a RFP / IM Health patient for more than 5 years. I usually see the NPs Bob and Caroline. Both are excellent people and professionals, with appreciated bedside manners. Caroline has been very flexible with scheduling and has taken Telehealth appointments when I am unable to go into their facility. I recently had a medical issue where I doubted my specialist and Caroline recommended I get an ultrasound. They found blood clots - Caroline's diagnosis was accurate. She even called me while on vacation to check in after I shared the diagnosis with the receptionist. That's going above and beyond in many ways in my books. There is no lost art of compassion when you have medical practitioners providing this level of care to their patients. Thank you!

My husband had the flu and within a few days I started to not feel well. I couldn’t get into my doctors so I booked online with IM Health Urgent Care and was able to get an appointment within a few hours. The staff is always nice and very matter of fact, I waited longer than usual but also understand bc everyone has some sort of virus at the moment. I saw the doctor, got tested, meds and instructions. Very thankful I could be seen so quickly.

Although they were unable to do anything for me they immediately called an ambulance that took me to the emergency room. They were not prepared to handle my situation. They were very aware of my problems but did not have the equipment to deal with it. They quickly evaluated my situation and recommended me to the proper care provider.

Past experience has been good, but today I've been waiting over an hour past my appointment time. I really don't think that there is any point making an appointment, I think it's first come, first served. Frustrating as I'm sure it was quieter when I made the appointment but they don't let you make one for less than several hours out...

Had infected cut on my thumb.
Since it was my first time visiting the urgent care, they offered me multiple ways to sign in and complete my paperwork.
It was easy and the front desk was very polite and helpful.
I was seen within 15 mins and the intake nurse/ tech was awesome (Chris).
The Nurse Practitioner came in shortly afterwards and was very attentive and friendly (Rebecca).
They were very thorough and the facilities were shockingly modern and clean.
It was almost like a Sci-Fi experience compared to the usual urgent care facility.
Would highly recommended to everyone.

Thank you so much for getting us a same-day appointment at Family Practice(2nd FL)so quickly to take care my father's pain. Bob, the nurse partitioner, was very experienced and kind. He helped to pinpoint the diagnosis by asking the right questions while reviewing my dad's medical record. He prescribed the medicine that helped to ease the gout symptoms quickly, so my dad didn't have to endure the pain for another day. I also cannot thank you enough, Reagan(apology if spelled incorrectly), in the clinic enough for their help with though this.
