without a question, the best place for Physical therapy. I had been to 3 other companies for an issue spanning a few year. I had been in daily pain for years and none of those places came close to being helpful. Most of my time there was spent sitting waiting for them to give me another movement that was not even remotely associated with the pain I felt.
As a last resort, I angrily asked my doctor for a next option, and they recommended the Conshohocken Physical Therapy location and within no time My therapist was dialed into the issue and gave me routines to do at home and now, a month later, I have had days without pain, something I could not say for the preview few years. The therapist listens to me, works with me, then sends me home with homework. I can't say enough good things.
I'm getting older, I'll never be as good as I was, but being pain free is damn near as good as it gets. And I am truly thankful.

Friendly and extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. I have been here many times for different issues and always receive top-notch care from all of the therapists. I've worked mostly with Susan and cannot recommend her enough. She tailors your exercises to your specific needs and activities YOU want to get back to. But I've worked with many of the therapists over the last few years and they really all are amazing. The facility itself is spacious and very clean.

My physical therapy experience at Good Shepard was excellent. I went in there walking with a cane 3 weeks after having my left knee replaced and left 7 weeks later walking with a skip in my step. Everyone there was very friendly and the facility was top notch. My therapists were very personable and professional and made me very comfortable every session, pushing me to meet my goals. I can't imagine having a better experience.

I would not recommend Good Shepherd Penn Parters. I went here on a referral from Rothman. Please look elsewhere.

Rehab:
while the staff were all super nice, I stopped going after 3 visits as they oversaw me do the same exercises I did at home & was never provided with billing info. They didn’t really work my muscles or provide much education as to why I was feeling pain in the areas I was, what progress was being made, and what the rehab exercises were accomplishing.
Billing:
They could not tell me how much I would be paying per visit and it took multiple phone calls after the 3 visits to finally get a bill. They wayyyy overcharged, parictually for the services received. The bill was huge! I opted for a payment plan (to draw from my HSA as I funded it) & they ended the plan without warning and sent me to collections. I left with a bigger bill after 3 sessions than I received after 6 visits at another provider.

I switched to ivy rehab - Tyler and team were WONDERFUL. I finally got relief! The billing was provided day 1.

My experience with Penn Therapy & Fitness in Conshy was phenomenal! I went in needing physical therapy for vestibular issues and spent week after week with Meghan and Chris, who were an unbelievable team. They were informative, supportive, patient, and kind during such a frustrating and exhausting time in my life. They helped me smile on my hard days and were happy beside me on the good days. My symptoms made it difficult to do some of the simplest things that we take for granted on a daily basis, but Meghan and Chris were encouraging as they helped me through therapy and taught me the exercises that I needed to do at home to recover.

I cannot speak highly enough of this duo, in addition to the welcoming and friendly staff. I encountered so many smiling faces as I entered and exited for each visit and always felt supported while being cared for at their facility. I would absolutely trust them with my care again, or for anyone in my family if it came to needing PT again in the future.

This was my first time at this facility. The staff is welcoming and therapists are excellent, five stars. I was there for pre-op PT prior to second full hip replacement (first was four years ago) expecting to use their therapy pool as part of my care. It's closed with no plans to re-open. Water therapy was a key part of my amazing recovery after the first replacement. Sadly I will not return to this site for that reason. I urge senior management to re-consider opening this vital service.

Staff is great. Very polite and helpful. I like that they offer full one on one care. I like that they have individual rooms to give you privacy for the most part. Even though I did not use because of my particular needs, I did notice that they have some great equipment. They also have a mini pool which is great for those needing water therapy. I only had two months there before my surgery but I had much improvement in that short time. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been going to Penn Therapy + Fitness Conshohocken long before it was known by this name. Every time I've need help with my lower back and neck, the therapists have been incredibly effective and helpful. I love that you really do get 1-on-1 attention here and I've literally gone from being in horrible pain, barely able to walk to regaining my strength and getting back to exercising safely. I have referred family and friends here and know that whomever they work with, they'll get amazing results. It's not magical -- it takes time and work (that you have to put into the process), but I would not be as functional as I am today if it weren't for their team of PTs.
