I love coming to Pivot whenever I need physical therapy. I have especially had a great experience with Katie Wills, a student from St. Joseph University. She has been excellent with me. She is very professional, empathic and extremely knowledgeable. Katie knows how to balance understanding how much one can do each session. I only wish the very best for this kind, caring young lady who I believe will go far in her field.

I had two knee replacements, one in 2023 and one in 2024. Both times I went to Pivot PT for recovery. Each time, I didn't think I would survive the pain or be able to bend my knee ever again. Then along comes Jules and her team. I met her with tears in my eyes and she made me feel comfortable right away. Right from the start, she gave me the encouragement I needed to press on. When Jules wasn't available, her colleagues John and Nicole conducted my therapy. They too were so friendly, and encouraging. Pretty soon, I couldn't wait to go to therapy, especially after seeing my improvement. I always was made to feel comfortable right as I walked into the facility. It was like being with good friends. Diane and Kathy were great dealing with my changes to appointments.

Today, I graduated from my PT and once again had tears in my eyes as I said goodbye. These tears instead were happy tears. I met my goals because of these professionals which I never thought would happen.

I highly recommend this practice. Thank you Jules and colleagues for getting me back on my feet.

I had a total knee surgery on my left knee and unfortunately had a complication, my left foot up to mid calf is numb because the hit a nerve- I was in tears my first visit to Pivot but I didn’t have to worry. The front desk receptionist Diane Winkler and Kathy Resnick are so knowledgeable about insurance and what is needed to start. The therapist from Julianne Fusco- manager , Nicole Moira, JohnMilliso and student Christine McElroy are all great- it doesn’t matter who you get they’re all professional and they listen to you!
I had Jules who did more for me than my doctors , who blew me off- she knew that although I was there for my knee my numb foot couldn’t be ignored, from day one she used the stimm machine that wakes up your nerves, although the progress with the nerves is slow she stuck with it and I’m now getting small amounts of feeling back, my knee is doing fine- i know if Jules has a day off the other therapist are equally trained,
If you need rehab on any body part Pivot is the way to go, now you have to put the work in too but you’ll come out much better than you went in, they are professional, friendly, experienced from the front seat to the therapist!!!! Thank you everyone at Pivot

Update February 2024: I was in severe sciatica pain from 10/23 through 01/24 and after my doctor prescribed an anti-inflammatory I had some relief, but needed PT. I came back to Pivot in Aston and the results of the sessions with Nikki (and Lindsey) were on par with a miracle. The improvements came so quickly and easily I wish I would have started sooner and saved myself a lot of agony. The positive vibes begin with Diane and Kathy at the front desk who are so kind and helpful. They greet everyone with a smile and do a fantastic job of scheduling appointments, answering questions and running the office side of things. Definitely try this place.

I was treated at Pivot recently after knee surgery and am so glad. Scheduling is so easy with Diane or Kathy. They will even arrange courtesy rides if needed. Nikki and Cydney really understood my condition and lifestyle and customized my therapy. Everyone in the Aston location was helpful and easy to be around. Great results, dedicated staff, custom programs and convenience, too.

***PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ!*** My grandma first came to pivot in Aston in 2019. We were immediately greeted by kind and smiling faces. At the time the director was Rita she was always on point and remembered mine and my grandmas names, which made us feel comfortable and welcomed. And Dylan had just came to this location and he also made sure to take extra great care of my grandmother. My grandma stopped therapy for a couple months, and when she started therapy again we were still greeted with smiling faces, but they were different than whom we had grown accustomed to seeing. We were happy to still see Dylan, and he remembered both of us which was awesome! One of the new faces was Diane and let me tell you she is WONDERFUL! From the first time I met her she was never skipped a beat! She makes my grandmas schedule the same time on the days she wants, and is so friendly! She has really stepped up the functionality of this center and she truly keeps things in check when it comes to scheduling and all the clerical stuff! The various therapists that are here are awesome! My grandma hasn’t worked with all of them, but the ones she has(Gavin, Nikki, Dylan) are so wonderful with her and that really touches my heart! As long as my grandma needs therapy we will NEVER go anywhere else!

I used Pivot for about 2 1/2 months to get my back feeling better. Nicole was fantastic in showing me new stretches to help with the pain. All the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to do PT! I walked in with terrible pain and I have left after receiving the best care pain free. All the staff are wonderful and very talented and knowledgeable. Thank you to all especially Jules!!
