I have had dry needling 5 times and I am so much better than I have been in years! I have dealt with severe hip pain and have had so many things done to me. When I saw John, he knew immediately that dry needling could help me! He explained each step and each needle - and at first I really couldn’t believe it. God used him to help me literally feel like a new person. In Motion is the place for help with getting better and decreasing pain.

Went to John with 3 partial rota cuff tears. I had very limited range of motion due to pain. Mixed in was a years worth of going from fit to barely walking due to RA. Not only did he start really slowly with shoulder exercises, his encouragement and focus on building strength each day was what I needed to start the road back to strength. He really focused on giving me the courage to start again. Today as I stand on one leg and raise my leg , I remember not even being able to tighten my quad. Thank you a hundred times over and I always highly recommend you to others.

I broke my ankle 2 years ago and have had pain since. I’ve seen 3 different doctors and exploratory surgery with clean out was next on the list. I had multiple imaging, which showed a lot, but also showed nothing to cause the pain I had. Instead of following the book and doing basic exercises and stretches, John started digging to find the root cause of the pain. He explains things so well and talks through the process of things and gives me the WHY behind what he’s doing. He went above and beyond using multiple different resources and equipment. He works with my crazy schedule, and after just a few weeks I am almost 100% pain free. I am able to function everyday without having pain that was preventing me from doing my job, having hobbies, etc. Him and Ian truthfully want the best for the patient and want to learn more everyday. I would recommend them a million times over. I’m so very thankful I came across this business and so thankful for all they’ve done to help me. Clearly I’ve been a complicated case since the day of the fracture and they made things seem so simple

In Motion Physical Therapy was a game-changer for my back pain recovery. From day one, John listened to my concerns and started the right exercises. Ian was also actively involved throughout my treatment. Thanks to their expertise, I’m now pain-free and back to my regular activities. The staff was professional, skilled, and overall had a fun atmosphere that made each visit enjoyable. Thank you John and Ian I can now stand for hours and even lift those heavy books with ease and still no back pain! 🙂 Highly recommend In Motion Physical Therapy —I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

John did a full evaluation on my ankle that I injured over a year ago. Had suffered with chronic pain and I had No stability in my foot and muscle weakness. John and Ian both worked building my ankle and muscles up and helping me with balance, strength and mobility. Today I'm pain free!! I've gained strength and balance and walking again! These guys are amazing! Recovering from an injury or surgery is never easy, but In Motion created a warm and comfortable environment for me while I was recovering from a major jaw surgery. John and Ian worked very patiently with me, not only getting me back to health quickly, but also helping me understand why my body wasn’t working quite like it should, and exactly how to treat it. John reached out to my surgeon before my first session to make sure he understood the care I needed, making me feel very reassured and confident that I chose the best place to help me during my recovery- and I did!

Amazing experience with John and his team. I’ve gone to him a few times for both a return to play program post injury and surgery and also for some unrelated tendinopathy/pain with great results. He thinks outside of the box and takes a personalized approach with his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to feel better, get stronger, and get to a better version of themselves.

My son was referred to In Motion Therapy after an injury during a basketball game. He received the BEST care and was given exercises to continue at home while being treated once a week in office. I would recommend In Motion Therapy to anyone especially an athlete who is looking to strengthen their body to prevent injury.
