I am thoroughly impressed by this doctors office from the staff to the physicians themselves. They were friendly, professional the entire time I was there.

The doctor herself made me feel seen and truly like she listened to me and cared about my problems. I never got that at my local doctor office.

I was seen in a timely manner. Was in and out within the time I had available. Seriously impressed and grateful to finally to have someone listen to me. I am so thankful I want to cry.

Bad! Got my results early Wednesday morning. Friday end of the day, still no one contacted me. My 3 emails sent to the PCP were elegantly ignored. Thinking about finding new PCP office.

I have seen 3 different providers at this practice and have received above and beyond care from each of them consistently. Dr. Cassagrande, Dr. Abad and NP Anto all have wonderful bedside manner and treat the whole patient. I have a history of being under-diagnosed which has lead to having a large amount of anxiety when seeing a new provider but the staff here has done a wonderful job of making me feel heard and understood. I finally feel that I have a strong team of healthcare professionals who I can trust as I work on health goals or when I am feeling ill. I appreciate this office a lot and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

I have been with this office for almost 2 years but today I felt really disappointed as I was treated unfair by the staff and a manager. I made an appointment with them for vaccination at 3:20pm, they rescheduled it to 3:pm but did not call me or send me a text to confirm. They blamed me for being late even though I was there at 3:15pm. They asked to rescheduled me next week but I refused as I was so mad. It turned out they changed the communication method by sending messages via UPMC account without informing me. They did not get my confirmation that I was aware of that change.
For 2 years long, I had been receiving either a robocall or a text as an appointment reminder. No one ever told me that I need to install a UPMC app. I have never had any conversation history via that website/app. All of the sudden, they changed the communication method and blame me for being late. ( I was early at the office at 3:15pm to check-in and had to wait for other person in line).
No one said sorry to me as I was got screwed by the system, but both the manager and the staff (receptionist) kept blaming me for being late and told me that I must check the UPMC website before going to the office. That's ridiculous! it was like you sent a mail to the patient with the wrong address and blame them for not moving to that house to get that mail.
Moreover, it doesn't make sense to me as I did get a call from them to get reschedule for my husband a couple of days ago. No one ask him to check the UPMC website. It proved that you got a bad system and you must find a bug and fix it no matter it is the person's mistake or the system error. We understand sometimes the system/ people made mistakes, but it is unacceptable to say that it was my fault and blame me; It is obviously their fault, and the way they treated me today was unfair, unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical. I did not accept another appointment, I will stop using services here and change to other medical clinic but I owe myself and other people who would be treated the same way if I did not raise my voice.
My last word: Being professional with all the patients, don't try to blame them when you/ your staff made mistakes, you should apologize to them because of the inconvenience and seek their understanding. By the way, All the doctors I have visited are fine, I have no comments on them.

I see Dr Casagrande who is wonderful all around, great bedside manner, good sense of humor and always helpful and informative. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses are absolute superstars. Realize that they work hard, have patience for them and be appreciative and expect them to treat you in kind. Don't expect to go anywhere with a rude, obnoxious, demanding or entitled attitude and you'll get treated accordingly. I have had nothing but great experiences with Ekaterina, Leslie, and Darnetta and of course, my doctor. They all go out of their way for their patients. I generally contact them via the UPMC website and/or UPMC app, no they won't reply to you in 3 seconds, they are busy but they always get to you in due time with politeness and professionalism. The healthcare industry is hard work and it pulls you in countless directions, I got a taste of that just from working as a Pharmacy Technician, be patient and always be polite to your essential workers!

Amanda Casagrande is the OBGYN at the mat clinic in wilkinsburg. She was great until my baby was born. Then she called child services CPS on me and my baby. CPS found her claims unfounded so did the judge. Our babies are about the same age. Amanda has done this to many of the other pregnant women in this clinic and I know this because they came up to me and told me do not go see her as your OBGYN at the Mat clinic Amanda has done this to them as well. She is a literal wolf in sheep's CLOTHING.

Love this doctors office- the receptionists, the nurses, the doctors are all top notch. Theyโ€™ve seen us for check ups and OB visits and random emergencies. Our whole family goes here, and itโ€™s SO NICE to feel known by everyone. One stop shopping for the whole family. It doesnโ€™t get any better.
