This is a great place to go for primary care and they also offer weight loss services. Tabatha is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any of my questions or concerns. The exam rooms are comfortable and have comfy chairs. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

They also have amazing customer service as Josh has assisted with jumping my car battery when it died (twice) during my appointments. Thanks Josh!

We love the entire staff at Grace Health! They approach medical care with compassion that comes from neighbors serving their community, they treat the whole patient and address each condition or concern. They take time to educate patients and partner with each of our family members to achieve optimal treatment plans based on our individual needs.

My post Covid journey has been long and filled with many challenges but Tabitha and her team have taken the time to complete referrals for needed specialist and support me along the way. My daughter was sick recently and they worked her in and treated her with a same day appointment to get her back to her happy healthy self. There’s not another provider or team who have taken care of my family!

Absolutely amazing staff!! Excellent service and patient care. They actually listen to needs and go the extra mile to treat and find the right treatment for each individual patient. Not just a one size fits all care. They offer IV therapy, weight loss program, as well as PCP services. Would definitely recommend!!
