I have been a resident here at The Maples for just over 3 yrs. It wasn't a hard decision when it came to what place I wanted to go to. Here at The Maples the staff is great. There are activities every single day that you can participate in as much as you want. We even had a prom a few months ago. The prom was a big highlight for me. I enjoy being here. I have all the help that I need. I don't feel ashamed or down about what my abilities are because the staff here will brighten your day with their smile and cheer. ?

My father was a resident at the Maples and he received top-notch care by a very kind staff. Honestly, no one WANTS to have their parent in a rehab or nursing home, but when it is physically necessary I’m so glad The Maples was there for our family. I would recommend The Maples to other families and friends. I truly appreciate everything they did for us!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My Grand Father was moved here to the Maples Friday March 1st 2024 and We had him removed and out there by 10pm that same day thus place is a JOKE! nobody called to tell us he was moved there from Springdale Hospital he was not Given anything to drink from his Arrival at 2pm until we arrived at 6pm he wasn't given any dinner and when it was brought to him it was so cold he couldn't even eat it. NOBODY would help him to the bathroom. They was completely under staffed. They are supposed to have 1 to 2 people per so many people on the Floor and they might have had 3 people for whole place. When we called to say we was coming to pull him out there the lady we spoke with was so unprofessional and told us " good come and get him. This place is a joke and has killed so many people if you love your loved ones do NOT send them to the Maples

The staff and rehab folks all exceeded my expectations. It seemed to me that everyone was bending over backwards, and doing their utmost to see to see to my comfort and care while I was here.
If the scale was more than 5 stars, I would give them if i could.

The Memory Care Unit killed my mother!! The Manager of the unit is a bully to family and allows abuse and neglect. 18 hours after a fall mom layed in bed with brain bleed, broken pelvis, hematoma covering the entire right side of her face. The Maples assured me mom was fine. Horrified and in disbelief at the complete neglect, mom passed shortly after I rescued her from the horrible place called The Maples.

The staff here is very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is very clean, and doesn’t smell like a nursing home at all. I was in contact with Chelsea from admissions for a tour of the facility and she was very pleasant and answered all the questions I had as we did the tour! Thanks for all the hard work from everyone working in the nursing field!

My mother had a stroke last year and went to the Maples for inpatient skilled nursing care. This facility and it's staff saved my sanity. The facility was clean and had a warm atmosphere. The staff worked very hard to help with her recovery and keep my informed. The Maples is filled with caring and compassionate people. I witnessed nurses treat every resident there, including some who were physically or verbally abusive, with patience and love. I recommend this place for anyone needing long or short term care.

I only gave this facility a 1 so I could write the review. The Admissions staff are rude and very unprofessional. No actual concern for the residents or potential residents. I can only say I am now very thankful for the unprofessional behavior and that my father is in a better facility. Just a warning if you are honest with them and concerned about how to pay when private pay is need they will deny you. Even after letting them know you can pay in advance. "they just are not comfortable with your financial situation". While I would understand that had we not worked out payment in advance or just the concern in general. The lack of empathy and ignoring all phone calls, refusal to just say no or to send it in an email show a lot about the individuals they have over Admission's particularly Amanda and Maggie. After dealing with them and other facilities I say weigh your options as this is not the best one by far.
