Had a tooth removal done at Aspen Hall and honestly, it was such a great experience. Dr. Stk and the whole team were super polite, professional, and made me feel really comfortable the entire time. Everyone was so kind and caring—it made a big difference. The service was amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to go and they made me feel comfortable. From the assistant that took my X-ray to the woman that did my molding to the awesome doctor that went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They really made my day and first time experience here very welcoming. I would give more stars if I could.

They are not good for your buck. I recently been there over 10 times within a whole year. They gave me a run around basically announced I had to get a dental cleaning before any cavities were fixed. Filled a cavity before a cleaning then the doctor proceeded on telling me that my teeth were cleaned which were not. And then at my last appointment after I paid hundreds of dollars I owed 3.5k more after my dental screening which occurred after they told me I can get my teeth cleaned that same day which my appointment was at 9am and they wanted me to wait until 12pm so I was not happy with that. I got a refund for my left over balance and left unless you have money to waste I would not recommended Aspen Dental.

I was ready for my appointment and scheduled a week in advance just for them to call me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that my insurance wasn’t excepted. They said I could still be seen but it would cost over $200 just for a basic cleaning. I have dental insurance through my job and when I gave them my insurance at first they said they would accept it. Then the day of my appointment they changed up, I was more so inconvenienced because they called when I was already on my way there. It seems like a nice place but they completely failed when it comes to patient satisfaction and time management.

Best staff they are very friendly and welcoming!! They take the time to go over everything with you and they are not pushy with procedures. I gotta say they are very professional and will help me choose the best option. Even if on my end I’ll be kinda stubborn. I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve gotten to know a few of them by name. They do very good quality work and are very pleasant people. As long as this is the formula, I’ll continue to support them.

The entire staff at this location are top notch. They are professional, experienced and well informed. In addition, they are helpful, considerate, and understanding. I always feel so welcome during my visits. It's like being among friends!

The staff is friendly and responsive. They were able to get my mom in (broken tooth) same week for the consultation, thoroughly explained the procedures/work needed, scheduled the appointments and worked through the payment plan. This is our third dentist trying to get the work done and so far they have exceeded my expectations.
