They promised ( one of the many doctors) that they would help me with my medication( until I had another appointment at a different clinic) if I didn't want to keep them for my pcp. I was just going to them for the clinic. Since I didn't want to they told me to not bother coming in. They did not help like promised. Also they had another worker there to try to talk me out of this medication I've been taking for over 12 years and I asked her what medication she took and she took the same medication they didn't want me to take. Contradicting her pep talk They used to help me with bus passes and they didn't my last day since I didn't want to stay there. Felt like I was in high school again being bullied...ridiculous..front desk people were only decent honest ones there!!

Used to love this office when it was small and not so commercialized. Now it has gone down hill. The ladies who run the front are amazing but the Dr's and etc could careless about anything. I have personally had issues brushed off that resulted in ER visits and AHN taking care of. I have also used this as my PCP for children 1 of which who the Dr just talked about sex with after asking me to leave the room and without asking for my consent first. Both children aren't even in their teens and knew nothing about sex so I found out by the slew of questions from my 1st child after the fact. The second child (younger than the first) it took her dad screaming at the Dr to finally take no as an answer for not having that discussion with her.

Everyone is polite, but the lack of communication is ridiculous. I was billed when I shouldn't have been, callbacks are random, I just spent an hour, this morning, on hold just to be forgotten about, twice. Then when I said who called me, they were questioning who I said. I needed to know about a procedure and scheduling. If it was outpatient or not, if there was cutting involved. I couldn't get an answer. Im afraid that with this unprofessionalism that I could be misdiagnosed. Then I called the answering service yesterday during lunch and they wouldn't take a message, kept telling me to call back at 1pm. I explained I was unable too, could they just relay the message, she said no. What the!!! I've had so many negative situations I'm almost afraid to go back. Oh, I got lab bills for almost 2 thousand dollars that I was not to get. They need an office manager there.

Every person that works here is Very friendly, nurses, doctors, lab techs & resource team Are knowledgeable & caring..Tera & Tracie at the front desk are so sweet and caring🥰
Dr. Ansay is my doctor, She has a great deal of knowledge, super helpful, focuses on your concerns (physically and mentally)❤️

Worst pcp. They have you see a different doctor every single time you go. Then They tell you to come in to treat a certain condition, and do nothing about it three times in a row. They say to do test you already have scheduled also. Stay away. They waste your time, and show no concern for. I also had a Video appointment which I waited an 1hr and 20 min. Doctor never came on to talk to me!! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else..

I have taken my children here for at least the last 10+ yrs and both the front desk nurses and doctors who visit with you always have a good bed side manner and always have patience with questions and concerns.

I have been going here for 10 years, I have always been treated well. The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal!! The doctors are AWESOME and they take good care of you. I went there today with an issue to get an appointment and nurse Sarah took great care of me........Thanks to ALL of you for being exceptional people and for taking good care of me!

My husband and I both have had good experiences here. I was worried based on reviews (long wait times, no call backs) but have not experienced any of those issues. They do have residents there but there is always an attending. Location was clean, staff was friendly and all three doctors we've seen have taken their time with us.
