Everytime we have come here we have had to wait over a half hour past our appointment time to be seen by the doctor. We come almost 20 minutes early to make sure to be seen on time and this seems to be a problem here. Will update if things improve. Why would you schedule a patient to come before the doctor is even there for the day that is a waste of my time and dollar. This can cause people to have high blood pressure and makes absolutely no sense at all.

I've reviewed the family practice before but my review is no longer visible. I've been going to this practice for 10 years and I've never had better care than I have had here. Margaret Beaver is an asset to the community and listens to her patients. She is an absolute gem and I'm very appreciative.

My family has been going to Dr. Chen and Peg for almost 30 years. I love the entire staff! Never once did I feel anything but them both being an advocate for me and my children. I don't go to the doctors for them to tell me what I want to hear.

Enjoy the conversations, welcome the compassionate employees, and clean environment. Someone always finds a way to make appointment close to time in need. Someone calls back within 24 hours of messages left. Doctor is informative or looks up information to have knowledge to understand and help.

I went here for an annual visit after not going to the doctors for years. The staff was very friendly and there was no judgement. I was a bit nervous, because I thought they would question why I hadn't been seen in so long, but they didn't. I saw the nurse practitioner, Peg. She was wonderful. I felt completely comfortable. She answer all of my questions and listened to me concerns.

Peg beaver has the worse bed side manner ever. Dr chen is nice and friendly. But peg no way! She is nothing more than a glorified nurse. She isn't good with kids she is rude. And should not be in the medical feild.

The most unprofessional doctor ever I missed work twice to have my sons appointment scheduled and both times the doctor canceled I’ve even met the doctor or has he sent emails never had this type of unprofessional experience ever I will be pulling my son outta this primary care office
