TRUST THE REVIEWS! I gave Tiffany Griffiths’ office the benefit of the doubt since they were the only ones willing to offer an appointment fairly soon. My intake was thorough and my first therapist was great, but she suddenly departed the practice even though we had been discussing long term treatment plans and goals. I think she was as surprised as I was. I suppose I was paired with whoever they had left because she could not have been less qualified or a worse fit. I expressed my concerns to the office and canceled an appointment I had rescheduled. I was then charged for 2 cancellations, to which I said I would keep the appointment if that was the policy. The therapist never contacted me for the appointment, the office never replied to my concerns or request for a new practitioner and I received a letter in the mail saying I was dropped from the practice. The reviews are indeed correct. They do not care about treating peoples struggling with serious changes of life, they only care about billing your insurance and collecting their fees.

Although the therapists are competent it is run with the integrity of a ghetto used car dealership. Billing department is very shady and unwilling to provide accurate statements. If you are mentally ill you want a support system that's reliable 100 percent of the time. Please don't settle for less and go anywhere else besides Tiffany Griffiths and Associates.

My therapist was vada and I can honestly say starting therapy with her changed my life! I saw her over the course of about a year and without getting into specifics, I went though a lot of change in a short period of time and vada was there for me every step of the way. I am a completely different person now than I was before starting therapy and I give vada most of the credit for that. I’ll never forget her kindness. Highly recommend Tiffany Griffith’s offices!

i have been with my counselor, Liz, for a little over 2 years now and i am so happy with the progress i have made! this office has made me feel so welcome and so safe that i can't even begin to describe how grateful i am to have found them! all the staff and Liz has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. i feel this is the best practice in the area. i would highly recommend Elizabeth Ruch. she is amazing and she is the first therapist i have ever had that made me feel comfortable and like i had a safe space to talk. i go weekly and i look forward to going every week! would give 10 stars if i could!!!

Pretty decent therapy when I was able to go, but communication leaves a lot to be desired. After calling back to set up another appt after a length of time without one, the person on the phone said they had to check with the therapist first and assured me it was "just a formality". I never heard another word from the office, not even an offer for an appt with another therapist. Just ghosted. If one therapist would prefer I see someone else, they should be able to professionally say so, not leave people with mental health struggles waiting for a phone call that will never come.

Would not recommend! My son's therapist quit last summer and this office made NO effort at all to put him with another therapist. The ONLY communication I received from them was a letter in the mail telling us that she was leaving. NOTHING afterwards, even though he suffers from severe anxiety. Just when he was starting to do better, they dropped him from their office with no further contact. Cost was not a problem as both of his parents have good jobs, so there was no reason for them to treat us like that.
UPD: "Following clinician resignations patients continue to be seen and are not terminated and left without any resources" is a flat out lie. My son was dropped when the therapist left, and there was no further communication from the office. Being "referred out" is not helpful either as he was still dropped from the office and it is now up to us to start from scratch somewhere else and try to find him the help he DESPERATELY needs. His condition was getting better with the therapist, and has gone downhill drastically since she quit.

It truly is a shame what this company has become after 5-6 years. After only 2-3 sessions I had to realize my therapist was not going to stop subtly and not so subtly bringing up psychotropic medications that I have been free from the last 6 + years. I was adamant about not wanting any of them, but it didn't take me long to realize he obviously wasn't listening and respecting my wishes. It saddens me to think a place that for one year brought me such great therapy in 2015 and now has staff that doesn't listen to their clients and charge such high rates when once they offered a sliding pay scale when they weren't even taking the insurance I had. I was hesitant to have a male therapist, as I had never had one past one single session a long, long time ago, and I guess my inhibitions about it proved correct. I canceled my services today, yeah, in less than 24 hours, so bill me $75 for your inabilities and I'll pay it be done with this place forever. Such a shame.

I have been with my counselor Sofia for 3 1/2 year. Sofia has helped in ways that I couldn’t explain to anyone else. I never thought that I’d ever be able to over come some of the things that I have and Sofia has made a huge impact on my life. She’s not my friend she’s there to put me in the right direction. I have always been able to count on her when I need her. Everyone else that I have dealt with have been pleasant as well.
Thank you guys for having a great team that communicates and works well together
