Beautiful homes that I wish I could afford today as I would move in a heartbeat. Sales office personal were very nice and once the community is complete it will be very large. Not sure about the school district though, is Cannon-Mac.

Expensive houses slapped together as quickly as possible. HOA covers snow removal unless it actually snows. Just have your snow shovel ready because they won't do it for you.

We are buying a house here and come to visit frequently to check on progress and show the model to friends and family. Staff is always nice and progress is measurable. Clubhouse is now almost complete.

I checked out this place as a possible new community to move to but was really dissapointed in the layout of the community on the steep hill sides and the yard layouts. Also the house prices are way too high.

Crystal at Traditions of America, Southpointe is the ideal person to help us through the gigantic web of possibilities.

We were holding a vip spot including a select lot with a beautiful view and special pricing at Heartland Homes Laural Landings - which we let go due to more confidence in Crystal

Crystal provides the vision that we currently do not /cannot possess and she works tirelessly to meet and exceed our expectations! So glad we have her support, thru Crystal we are confident in Traditions
