I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kim recently. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations about my condition and also what to expect from the most recent injection procedure. The office staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and OIP to anyone seeking compassionate and knowledgeable care.

The doctor was fantastic, thankfully. I had to wait almost 2 hours past my appointment. He was worth it. However, I did witness an employee, tech or nurse, I’m not sure, but she talked to another patient in a very demeaning manner in front of everyone in the waiting room. She all but called her a liar. Professionalism is needed greatly. The Dr and nurse who went over my info ahead of time were both very professional. The X-ray tech was pretty good too.

Dr. Jones is beyond amazing! He has performed surgery on me for several different issues and every time, I am more than happy with my post surgical outcome. He has excellent bedside manner and is straightforward about all options available. He has a dry yet witty sense of humor That I look forward to every time I see him. I send everyone to him because he is such an exceptional human being and physician. I am never rushed and he explains all of my options in a Down to Earth and caring manner so everyone can understand exactly what is happening. I trust this man with my life and I don’t say that about many people. If he tells me surgery is the only option to improve, I don’t question it and I am at peace because I know he has my best interests and well-being in the forefront.

The employees all were super nice and what I really like also about this place is when your appointment is say 315, your call to go back to the room at or 5 minutes later. Each time I was there I was in and out at a reasonable short time. Dr Schank super nice guy, I feel confident in getting this foot percedure dine by him.

I was very pleased with how professional and informative Dr. Himmelwright was at my appointment. He reviewed my injury and gave good insight on all options pending MRI results. Dr. Himmelwright has a wonderful personality and made me feel heard and validated my concerns.

I haven’t seen Dr Polacheck in a couple years. But he made me feel very comfortable and like it had only been a short time. He is very professional and handled my issue quickly. I was so glad I was able to be scheduled with him.

Dr. Himmelwright was exceptional. Answered all my questions regarding my symptoms. He took his time, listened to my concerns and throughly explained results of X-rays. He recommended a course of action which has already improved my condition.

Dr. Boal is an amazing man. He’s knowledgeable and so friendly. He’s relaxed and can joke. He shares his words of wisdom and I love it. My 13 y/o daughter liked him too. We saw him twice and both times he took his time and made her and me feel relatable. That can be tough with doctors sometimes. He reminded me of my dad. Just lovely.
