I have been a patient here for over 5 years and wouldn't consider going to another PCP, (even though I live out of state).
Dr. Williams is the best !! She is everything a great Doctor should be : patient, personable, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. She never makes you feel rushed or is dismissive,. The front desk staff and the nurse are awesome, as well ...everyone is friendly and seems to enjoy working together.

Wifi. My primary care provider is here. In Conneaut, they have physical therapy, x-ray, and lab services. I've used all three. I do all my lab work here with very little waiting.

Dr. Ruffa has taken on too many patients; as a result, he is unable to service his current patient-load. The wait time 30+ minutes when an appointment is scheduled. This doctor requires a multitude of tests when you are a NEW patient, but if you have a medical issue - good luck getting the results. We have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back from Dr. Ruffa regarding test results. We will definitely be switching to a different practice. Do not recommend.

It started out as a 5, loved everything.
Come a couple months, and it's gone downhill. The wait is terrible (came two hours before closing, waited 35 min to just be called. Another 45 min in the waiting room, 20 of those waiting for the Dr). The staff is usually friendly, but not all the time. Pee on the seat to the patient bathroom.

Worst ever! Schedule your appointment for two months and then two hours before you actually need to see the doctors. Took me months to get into see Dr ruffa.. after finally not Having my appointment cancelled.. i got to sit and wait over and hour. But trust me.. If I had been 10 or 15 ,mins late.. they would have turned me away in a heartbeat

Clean, modern, friendly. My primary care physician is here as well as a full service lab, x-rays, and physical therapy. Very convenient and part of ACMC.
