I worked with Amanda before and after my second pregnancy. She is professional, thorough, accommodating and communicative. She provided a detailed plan of exercises after each session ensuring I understood everything in it and why it was on the plan. Working with her prior to delivery helped me remain active and pain free while helping me bring confidence into my birth. Working with her after my delivery has been great in rehabbing my core and pelvic floor coordination to allow me to slowly get back to being active in the gym, and everyday life pain free. I would highly recommend Amanda for pelvic floor physical therapy.

I had two sessions with Amanda where she performed internal and external examinations, and she taught me breathing and self massage techniques. One issue is completely gone and the other I now have much more understanding on how to heal. Amanda is a very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate therapist. She is so passionate about what she does and is always adding new things to her repertoire. I dreaded pelvic floor therapy because it's just so awkward, but Amanda made me feel comfortable and always explained everything thoroughly. She helped me for six months after endometriosis excision surgery and I had a significant decrease in pain. I became pregnant and she helped me every step of the way, and continued to help me postpartum when I had problems with bladder prolapse. She is so genuinely nice and non judgemental. She has a calming aura about her and you will feel so comfortable! She really focuses on you as an individual coming to her for help. It's real 'one on one' time and you don't feel like a number. She teaches you how to maintain your progress and what to do if things start acting up. If you have pain down there it very well may be your pelvic floor! Through talking with Amanda, there are so many things she can help with even before and after pregnancy stuff. I saw Amanda for pelvic floor PT after the birth of my third baby. My pelvic floor and core were totally shot and causing lots of pain and inability to perform everyday tasks/function in general. Pelvic floor therapy has the potential to be, for lack of better word, awkward. I was nervous before my first appointment, but was very quickly put at ease when I met Amanda. She was incredibly professional, kind, and wow did she know her stuff. She created a program for me that I could do as a busy mom of three. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was life changing.
