I had a terrible experience at Cobbs creek city life. The receptionist, light skinned Muslim lady, was completely rude and inconsiderate. While there waiting to be seen I received a message stating my appointment was canceled, when I asked the receptionist about it she responded in a rude manner and tone. Then that’s when she told me my insurance was inactive and if I wanted to be seen I needed to pay $180.mind you I’m just here for a sick visit. So, I asked if I could pay it at a later date I was told no. I did not see a doctor. I thought I couldn’t be denied care ? 🤔 . I’ve never met such a nasty person working in the health care field , if you don’t like your job then quit. It’s that simple.

The nurses and the receptionist were kind and patient. Everyone work together to see patients in a timely fashion. The office was clean. Check-in was easy on the app. It was a wonderful experience.

Really awful overall. I left crying. Came in with debilitating back pain. They would not prescribe me anything but steroids that did not address my urgent pain. They treated me like I was a drug abuser. Completely failed as a provider and I left in terrible pain. I then went to the ER and they actually addressed my issues, listened, took me seriously. I got fluids, pain medication, CT scan, and prescriptions to take home and a self-care plan. Strange this place has 4.5 stars on google. It was a waste of time and they made me feel uncared for.

I’ve been coming here for years for my work physicals, the light skin Muslim lady that work in the front has the nastiest attitude all the time. It was horrible my last visit and it really took a lot for me not to lose it on her! Everybody going through stuff sis not just you tighten up!

CityLife health is a great place to book last minute appointments. I love the fact you can get a same day appointment, have the vaccine shots kids need for school. The staff was kind, polite, and respectful. Not a long wait after check-in appointment time is on point. Will definitely recommend to others❤️

So when I got to the back into the room I waited for the doctor. She came in (don't know her name) but she was a African American doctor. When she came in she kicked her chair over to the other side & stood in front of the sink. She asked me why I was there & I told her. I asked her if she was ok because it seemed like she had an attitude or something was wrong. She came in the room as if I came there for no reason at all. As if she wanted to say " why are you here" or as if I was wasting her time. If I feel like I'm having an health issue why wouldn't I go there or waste my time even going. That's not my first time being there & usually I have a good visit but this one was not good at all, everyone else there is great. Just not her.
