The absolute best Pharmacy in Arizona!! The staff and the way Jordan runs the Pharmacy with more natural options as well and supporting local business is incredible . The girls in there are very on top of checking emailed and faxed prescriptions and the speed on filling prescriptions is unmatched. Great team!

Absolutely terrible! I’ve been three times over the past two weeks to pick up a prescription which is never available. The other two people today in the pharmacy were not being served – their drugs were not available. Another woman was sitting depressed in a corner waiting to “have things sorted out“. The only person who successfully filled a prescription was someone who wanted OxyContin. That was available and waiting! The rest of us had nothing, but annoyance and wasted time.

My wife and I went to pickup some antibiotics and were greeted by a brunette lady with red in her hair. She was extremely rude and said they never received my order. She said there were five orders ahead of me. When I asked if she could verify that they received the order, she told us it is not that important. How does this lady still have a job? Had it resent to Walmart and had it ready in 10 minutes.

I would love to support a small town business, but I need the reliability of a larger corporation’s hours. My doctor put in an important prescription for me (to help prevent a miscarriage) and imagine my frustration and desperation when I showed up at 5:30 and Call’s had “special” hours and had closed at 3 that day. My doctor’s office had just closed and there was nothing I could do. I cried all the way home. Unfortunately, we won’t be using Call’s anymore because like I said, we need a pharmacy with reliable hours.

I am a provider and I have the pleasure of working with the Pharmacists and techs. They are amazing. I went in as a patient to pick up a medication, while waiting for my medication to be filled. I observed the Pharmacist (Jardon) talking to an elderly gentleman, explaining the actions, side effects and dosing of his prescribed medications, in a calm caring manner. I was very impressed. I feel confident and comfortable knowing that my patients are well educated about their medications and they are not rushed.

They are very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Call's Community Pharmcy.

Jordan and his staff are all so dedicated to helping the community. I remember as a kid (about 100 yrs ago, it seems) there was a small pharmacy in downtown Snowflake. It was personable and friendly and I'd be in awe of all the stuff that was sold there whenever my father would take me into the store. Now, at Call's Community Pharmacy, the hometown personal touch is back, alive and kicking. It's such a good feeling when you walk inside and see the CARE they give and the CONCERN they have for their patients. Jordan and Bonnie are pillars of the Snowflake/Taylor community. They support local businesses and are making strides in building a loyal following. You should try them out the next time you have a prescription and compare them to the chain stores. I'm betting after the personal and competent assistance you get from Call's Community Pharmacy, you'll never want to go back to being just another number. At another chain pharmacy last month while waiting to talk to the Pharmacist, I heard, ".....now serving B124... B124". The ticket in my hand was B133.

All I can say is I'm so glad that I made the switch! The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on medications. They are always quick and willing to accommodate, as well as making recommendations when new medications are available. They know you personally and will go the extra mile!
