I've been going to this practice for several years now and have been beyond satisfied with my doctor, he goes above and beyond & actually listens, I don't feel rushed during my visit or on the phone. He personally calls me to follow up on open concerns. I have had issues once or twice when I call with a prescription issue, it's like the message doesn't always get to my doctor but I message & call now just in case, so far no problems in the past year.
I've never had a problem making appointments or getting care in a timely manner.
I'm glad I found a great Doctor so close to home!

I tried to make an appointment all day but the answering service hung up on me 6 times and I went to the office and the uniformed receptionist said I could do a Virtual appointment so after 20 minutes of navigating the site and paying $30 I was on the line for 35 minutes just to be informed that there was no one available to treat me. I AM SWITCHING TO A MORE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL PROVIDER

* I recently experienced a disappointing encounter while trying to fill a prescription at this doctor's office.
* I had to make numerous phone calls because I wasn't able to get any information unless I initiated contact. Despite these efforts, I received inadequate communication and anger from the Doctors assistant, and some staff regarding issues with my prescription.
* I’ve had other issues in the past with prescriptions in this office as well.
* I was told over a phone conversation with the disgruntled Doctor assistant about the inconvenience of (all the forms she had to fill out for my prescription). * I was surprised to find a misleading and unprofessional note in my patient portal regarding our conversation. The note contained numerous inaccuracies, misrepresentations, and twisted versions of our discussion.
* As a patient, it's alarming to see such dishonesty in my medical records. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a while. I just got in touch with a patient advocate and she is looking into this. *While I have a positive opinion of the doctor, I think Dr.Notaro is attentive and knowledgeable And like him, so I was Shocked and confused when I was told he signed off on this note. *I am concerned about the trust and communication breakdown within the office, and the integrity of the care I receive when the staff prioritizes falsehoods over factual accuracy.

I’ve been coming to this practice for about 5 years and have received great care. I’ve mainly been a patient of Dr. Q and Vickie McLorie who have always provided great care. They are very efficient with ordering tests and prescriptions. They listen to my needs and I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve never had a bad experience scheduling on the phone or on the patient portal. I recommend this practice!

I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely no communication I was very sick they never called with any testing results I ended up in the emergency room due to some unknown health issue I was going through. I literally just started going to this practice my first appointment I told the dr I was in pain etc she said let’s gets testing so we did I waited to for my test results in unbearable pain they never called me a week later I made another appointment she never reviewed my test results till I asked there were obvious issues in my blood work and urine. I left again in pain no answers she did schedule me for an ultrasound which took forever I ended up on the ER while in the ER they called me and said they were having issues getting my insurance approved I said forget it I’m in the ER I was in too much pain to wait. The ER want sure what was going on. So I went home still in pain so I called the office a couple days later after seeing more culture results and in massive pain I talked to an NP that was so rude and she said to me I will call in an antibiotic even though it won’t help. I was in SHOCK. I am so disgusted at the lack of care for patients and unprofessional.

Fiancé was seen by a doctor here over a week ago and they have STILL failed to provide the necessary prescription. We have called 7 TIMES so far and all we get is a rude "we will let someone know."

They can't even get their story straight on what they're supposed to send to the pharmacy. First they say antibiotics are needed, then they say steroids. Still, nothing provided and he is still just as sick.

Fiancé has been sick for over a week now and they really don't seem to care. We have been VERY patient and polite but they have failed to follow up as promised. What's the point of going to the doctor, then?

My friend's phone broke and he completely forgot about his appointment as he has just started a new job with no working phone for a week or so .... the lady at the front desk told him when he expressed his concerned about waiting another month for his appointment ...and I quote ... " well you should have wrote it down " ... I'm sorry but when did customer service go out the window ?

If it wasn't for the patients this rude person wouldn't have a job. The office wouldn't even be there....

I have worked in customer service my whole working career... I'm now a dental receptionist at a dental office thats rebuilding thier business since covid and guess what

I'm not rude when patients cancel or forget ..infact I'm so incredibly nice to them ...I have helped increased new patients in the last two weeks up to almost 20 people !!

..teach your front people to do better. Learn some empathy because you truly never know what someone is going through.
