I AM SO BLESSED TO HAD FOUND THIS DENTIST. The staff and the dentist are so kind.I have alot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and they were kind and understanding. I'm new to the area, so finding a new dentist was hard for me, as I had to leave my dentist up 35 years. But I would recommend Hickory heights dental to everyone, Savannah, my hygienus was awesome,both dentist came in and we're very calming and reassuring. That they were going to take good care of me. Every visit is a 5-star visit! I admit, I'm not a fan of dental work, it brings on the nerves in a big way, but finding the team at Hickory Heights Dental has been a game changer for me. From the moment you walk in the door and being greeted by a wonderful office staff, to working with a skilled and empathetic dental hygienist, and a warm and smiley visit with Dr. Aiken, it's really all I could ask for in an experience. They have fit me in during an emergency, have been on time for regular appointments, and have helped navigate my insurance when an unexpected issue popped up. Awesome!

Let's be clear, NOBODY loves going to the dentist right? That said, Hickory Heights makes it as good an experience as possible. The are always on time, efficient with appt. reminders, up to date on all the new tech. Overall their communication and dental work are 1st class. Oh, and the staff is fantastic. Crazy nice!

This was my first visit, and I was very pleased with this office. The staff was polite and friendly, the facility appeared to be furnished with the latest equipment, Dr. Pardue was polite and engaging, and Meredith was wonderful. She spent a lot of time, making sure their approach to my treatment was thorough, and probably performed the best cleaning I ever had. I look forward to returning this fall for another routine visit.

Hickory Heights Dental & Dr. Aiken deserves 10*, if I could give it! I was so afraid that my cracked tooth would not have to be pulled or a crown! But, Dr. Aiken buffed it and that took the sharpness off until I can decide which direction I want to take! Because he gave me some options instead of pressuring me into things and I truly appreciate him for that! That's why I highly recommend Dr.Aiken, plus the staff is "top" notch"! How do I know? I've been a patient probably 30+ year's! 💯% Facts!
