Kat and her team were phenomenal. From the first appointment all the way through it was a great experience. The first appointment Kat took the time to walk me through want was going on with the muscles and tendons of my knee. From there working with any of her team were great. Making sure that I was doing all the movements correctly and seeing how many pain and knee was feeling. If you are looking for a great physical therapy team, I highly recommend them.

I’ll start off that saying all of the people there were very kind. The following are simply my suggestions for them to improve and a level of professionalism that I really feel they should have. The receptionist who greeted me had a nose ring. One of the physical therapists had gauges in his ears. Our physical therapist walked in late and had one side of her head shaved. My personal opinion, I know physical therapy is a step up from a gym, but you really should be dressing and presenting more professional.
Regardless, not trying to judge a book by its cover, I was not impressed with our physical therapist, who suggested that my daughter‘s wrist pain was caused by her period. I have no schooling in the subject, but I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works. Once again, my own personal opinion is that even if you don’t know what’s causing someone pain, give them general strengthening techniques. Tell them to ice it. Do something other than say, you simply do not know. This lady literally pulled out her college book to thumb through it while we were sitting there. It didn’t inspire much confidence in her abilities. And it did not seem professional in the least bit. I get it, if you don’t know the answer you try and look it up, but you don’t do that right in front of your client. At least she didn’t start googling it on her phone.
If I have physical therapy needs again, I’m going to go to a place that doesn’t seem like it’s ran by a bunch of college kids.

In my 76 years of life, this is the first time I have used a PT facility. I have been very pleased with the services I have received. Derrick and the team have it all together, working as a well oiled machine. Everyone is so accommodating and if one is busy someone steps in and checks to either give you another exercise, make sure your do the exercises correctly or just a word of encouragement. At times they get quite busy so they may need a bigger facility. I am recovering quite nicely from a complete shoulder replacement thanks to ATI.

Very pleased. Initially worried about possible corporate culture. Instead, happy to find very friendly, caring and individualistic service. PT Cat and her assistants are knowledgeable and professional. Clinic is clean with lots of air movement. Good results after just two weeks of therapy!

This team is amazing. I started PT barely able to move my neck and in 6 weeks, I have more strength and nobility. The environment at the Marana ATI is positive and fun. You can tell that everyone on the team wants to help you get better and that they enjoy working with one another. I would not go anywhere else for my PT.
