I love Dr. John Adeniji! He listens and genuinely cares for your well being. I haven’t had great experiences with the office staff other than a staff member by the name of Pavan. There was an issue with my prescription and I felt like I was being given the run around by the staff (being told I would be called back but wouldn’t get any calls) Paven took my call and promised me he’d have my prescription issue resolved (there was a n error in the way my prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was completely out) by the end of the day, the latest. I was so upset because I had already been told that and was lied to. He called back an hour later to let me know that the new prescription had been sent out and he had personally spoke to the pharmacy and they were refilling the prescription as we spoke. Thank you Paven! It had been a hard few days before your help.

I read all the great reviews about Dr. Woods, but as someone with anxiety and depression, I still had doubts, thinking it might be too good to be true. Well, I’m here to tell you it’s not! He truly listens and cares about his patients. It's rare to find someone like him in the medical field, and I’m so glad I took the leap and made an appointment. Dr. Woods is great at explaining things and really lets you be involved in your own care. I’ve never felt more welcomed in a doctor’s office. I've been seeing him for six months now, and I have no plans to stop! Thanks to him, my anxiety and depression are completely gone!

Evil practice and money hungry. No respect for 1/3 low income Californians!

The call operator did not tell me anything about fees until I went through all the forms to the last fee section to find out.

I am on Medi-Cal as a low incomer, all medical services are supposed to be free!

One-third of California's population is enrolled in Medi-Cal
they wasted my time for all these forms!

Pavan was excellent at resolving an issue that the rest of the staff was completely incompetent to. If it wasn’t for him I probably would cancelled all future appointments. The number of times I called to get the same issue to be resolved with no luck. Idk if the staff were incompetent or careless but not one of them ever gave me a follow up call back, except pavan, thank you again. The psychiatrist is excellent but the staff needs to be retrained the amount of times I got hung up on is ridiculous. They would put me on a wait with no end.
