I find therapy to be very important and they stive to get patients back into their living environments. There are so many kind staff members.

My aunt was in there for rehab. she was neglected and the staff took a long time to attend to her. She needed assistance walking and couldn't go to the bathroom on her own so most of the time she wet on herself and had to wait to be changed. One day she didn't even get her lunch because she was sleeping and her food tray was put on her table and then taken away. She either sat in a wheel chair for hours or was in bed. When she was discharged she had a pressure ulcer on her bottom. Do not put your love one in this place.

I cannot say enough of five stars for this place!!! Staff is on point very thorough, very clean !! Staff are Professional and caring. Cute Activities for the patients. I feel very at ease having my mom get stronger. I cannot give enough thanks to all the staff that has been kind to her. They do their best to make sure their patients are getting taken care of.!! Thank You I am the pickiest when it comes to where my loved ones go !! ♥️

Communication there is none. One department does not talk to another. No one takes responsibility for anything it is always someone else's job. I choose this place because I thought it would be an extension of Oakwood the hospital let me be clear " it is not". My mother was discharged December of 2017 and we are just receiving documents to sign in March of 2018. She was there for 30 days and no one realized that the documents were not signed, that is a serious flag. Then they did not realize that she has dual insurance I had to call back and provide it. When I asked why they did not have the information they blamed it on the hospital. Well the hospital billed both insurance companies so I am sure they were not the problem. The nurses and PT staff were great. Everything on a administrative level needs a complete overhaul. My mother will not be back and it is sad because I trust Oakwood the hospital without any reservation. As a matter of the fact the hospital should be concerned that all there good work goes out the window once a patient transfers from the hospital to the rehabilitation facility. Send your loved ones somewhere else if you are like me you already have enough to worry about.

Do Not send your loved one to this facility. Mike the head of therapy told my elderly mother that no one wanted to work with her, after she said she couldn't do the stairs because her knee was giving out. He told her that she was going to be sent home the next day. My mom died ten days later after she had a laser procedure to break up kidney stones, she was sent back to the facility. She was lethargic and hard to wake up. They did not notify us and waited over 30 hours before they sent her to the ER. she was dead two hours later! They treat the elderly like cattle. Please if you love your family avoid this place.

Worst place to take your loved ones, after the virus hit the stopped caring about the patients. Its called a rehabilitation center for a reason my grandmother has been there for over a month and they only took her out of the bed one time. ONE TIME in the whole month, how is she supposed to recover if she’s laying in bed all day. Staff act like they care but once you’re done visiting they go back to just talking for hours in the halls and not caring for patients.

My mother in law has had multiple stays at this particular facility with outstanding professional and courteous service! Now the rehab department will do their job to rehabilitate you. So if you're trying to scam on your part, expect nothing but tough love, which I appreciate. Definitely would recommend choosing this facility for your loved one!!!!!

My grandma was at Beaumont Rehab center in Dearborn. First I was apprehensive about her going , but meeting the staff after getting lost lol I meet a lady really dolled up and later finding out it was the D.O.N. She helped me find my grandma , and asked me if anything else she could do. I want to acknowledge Vienna who was very attentive to her and encouraged her to go to therapy. My grandma is doing so much better now. I’d highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants there loved one to get better.
