The Staff are compassionate of the Elderly here. This is from the Director, front desk to Administrative Staff to the Nurse Staff to the Dietary to Physical Therapy to Environmental Services. All a TEAM effort. I see that they care & enjoy their work. This facility may be old but it's a caring environment. Thank you Red Rock Center!

This facility is small enough that there’s really personal attention to patients, staff members are very caring, and they notice small things that make a difference. I do wish RRCC were better funded so it could look better, but the staff helps make up for that lack. If that one aspect were better, I would give RRCC a 5 star rating!

Clean rooms, all staff treat residents with such respect, kindness and no resident is without help. The staff is knowledgeable and communicate with one another they are upbeat and definitely don't stand around doing nothing they are busy keeping all residents safe, happy and treated with such kindness and with gentle respect.

They charging my father in law 250 dollars to keep his bed for six days while he's getting lab work done at another hospital they sent him too

Overcrowded and not enough nurses.
Very hot with poor ventilation.
This place got my grandmother sick and she ended passing away in the hospital!!
Red rock no care center needs to be shutdown. If this city ever will care for the elderly they will build a new one.
