Hello Good Hope family Dentists and staffs . You’re the best all of the staffs from the reception to the dentist, very helpful. I took my mom two or three times to see Dr M. Solomon. She is nice, polite, kind and gave to my mom more individual attention. Thank you all of you for serving our community in that areas.

I love this office. They no longer take walk-ins though, however, I went there with no appointment but was in miserable pain and they fit me in for a quick evaluation of the troublesome tooth & gave me antibiotics & pain meds between appts so that I wouldn't hv to suffer in pain over the weekend.
I will absolutely remain a patient. I love their compassion, from the front desk Staff and from the dr❤️

This place is the worst!!!! Red Flag ? let me start by saying my husband had an appointment for an extraction. When he arrived the staff was so unprofessional. There was no communication an employee sat him in a room where he waited for almost an hour he literally fell asleep. The DR came in examined his mouth. They started the anesthesia process. The Dr left out the room again came back in 20 mins later. They asked him questions like do you still feel pain? Can you feel the numbness? My husband answered he still could feel pain. They begin to give him more anesthesia. Once he was numb the Dr begin the extraction procedure. After 20 more mins past my husband started to feel really bad pain. My husband started to get concerned because the Dr was a bit nervous as if he didn’t know what he was doing. He was given no water or tubes that soak the spit out of his mouth. They tried to get this tooth out for about 1 hour 30 mins the assistant smelled like cigarettes real bad it was on her hands and clothes he couldn’t understand. He didn’t feel safe at all. When my husband came home all he talked about was how horrible his experience was at this place. This was his first time ever having to get a tooth extracted and he is so traumatized from his experience.

Now 5 days has gone past and he is still in so much pain, face swollen, gums are hanging and left with no good pain medication. The DR prescribe him with antibiotics and ibuprofen the same medication that was given before the procedure. This place will be investigated. Don’t let these people work on your mouth. They are not safe and unprofessional.
