I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Menard and his team. I have an uncommon allergy that significantly complicates my dental care and Dr. Menard and his team has gone above and beyond to make my dental appointments comfortable and safe navigating my allergy. Him and his team all seem passionate about dental work as well as about people. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out the door, it is such a welcoming and caring environment. I cannot recommend this office and Dr. Menard enough.

? Nanook Dental...I was up here visiting and my back tooth got loose. Called them up and they fit me in within 48 hrs. I was able to get my last pics from my dentist in FL, (thanks Alyssa and Ginny) and good thing...my tooth was infected ! No problems pulling it and I went on my way. Trust me when I say, this would not have been the case back in FL.
I now consider Dr Menard as my most northern dentist, lol

If I could give 10 stars I would. Have seen Dr. Menard for over ten years, and every encounter has been professional and friendly with a personal touch, to include every member of the office and medical staff. They have continually modernized their equipment and procedures. Recently I dropped in to schedule an appointment to have a small problem addressed, and they took care of me right then and there. Can't say enough positive about Nanook Dental.

Fantastic place! My kids used to be scared of going to the Dentist. They actually look forward to going to Nanook Dental. We will be loyal customers as long as we live here. They are professional and we never feel like we are being ripped off - unlike at other Dental offices in Fairbanks. 5 stars!

Going to the dentist is never really that much fun, but Nicole made having my teeth cleaned far better than any cleaning I've ever experienced. The technology in the office is better than most dental offices in Fairbanks. Nicole took photographs of the areas I needed to concentrate on while cleaning my teeth, thus making the cleaning educational with an emphasis on prevention. She also showed me a disgusting book of photographs of poor hygiene, which I found hilarious, yet disturbing. Dr. Menard was personable and his office was pristine and up-to-date. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic for anyone seeking out professional and confident care.
