Stopped by to get my daughter seen at 6:20 only to be told the provider wasn’t seeing anyone else. The two clerks were sweeping and cleaning while the business door remained open for people to come in. Might consider locking the door, placing a “closed early” sign, or changing business hours.

This place is fantastic! Super fast and efficient service. The staff is friendly, and the providers are incredibly thorough. The best part is that they accept Kaiser, so no more trips to Bakersfield!

Went in on a Thursday morning as a new patient, for my son. Admission took about 10mins and was called rather quickly. My son is on the autism spectrum and is non verbal, the staff and Dr were both amazing when it came to their patience for him as it is hard for him to be seen at the dr without fear. We weren't waiting around too long and we're listened to and understood and got the medication we needed prescribed. Usually I would go to Bakersfield for care as I've had bad experiences at both delano ER & advent urgent care but I'm so glad I gave this place a try. Would go back again, and would recommend to family and friends for care.

What a huge disappointment. I took my 3 year old son in to the urgent care Saturday night. He was crying in pain from a sudden ear infection. It was 6:30pm, it closes at 7pm. The front desk girl named Ariana turned me away. Stating the provider said he/she wasn’t taking anymore patients because they were doing paper work. I asked if she could ask the dr. She refused. Saying she saw me parking and had asked already. I insisted and she refused to ask. I felt so mad seeing my son in pain and she had no sympathy whatsoever. Not even to ask. What is the point of being open until 7pm if they are going to turn patients away at 6:30pm. I understand it was almost closing time. But it was still a whole 30 minutes before their close time and they had absolutely no patients waiting. I felt this was so unprofessional and completely unsympathetic to a sick child. I feel whoever that provider was, was unprofessional. And the girl Ariana was also rude and unprofessional by not getting up her chair to at least ask again. If she would of at least asked. I would of felt like she at least tried to get my son seen. I had to drive to Bakersfield. Which I would do again in a heart beat. I will not set foot in that place again.

Go to Bakersfield, don’t wait your time here! I arrived at 8:45 staff did arrive at the location till 9 right when they say they open. Physician was not in the location and no one took the initiative to call him. We just waited and waited. I was disappointed with the service and drove to Bakersfield Accelerated urgent care and was seen within 15 min of my arrival.

I came at 1 and was told to come back at 2:30 because their were people infront me (there were only two people infront of me) we got called back at 1:40 and we had to wait til 4:15 to get the results to our “check in”
