I highly recommend Dr. Randolph & her staff. The hygienist who completed my exam and cleaning was very respectful, kind, and walked me through process. She made sure I understood what she was doing and looking for during the exam and answered all my questions! Dr. Randolph was very thorough in the exam and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. The whole staff was awesome, atmosphere was peaceful, and the office is very clean and cute!

Dr. Randolph has provided exceptional dental care in Kodiak for many years now. Along with caring for my own dental needs, she has also been my employer in the past as I worked in her clinic as a dental assistant for quite some time. I fully trust her as my own dentist as she has extensive knowledge in the field, is meticulous with her work, and is very conscientious of all factors pertaining to providing quality health care and a comfortable experience for her patients while in her clinic. Having previously worked as a dental assistant in this office, I know first hand that this clinic stays up to date with all current recommendations, follows protocol in sterilization and maintenance, and uses high quality and up to date equipment. I arrived at Carrie Randolph’s dental office her dental assistant was ready for me. The assistant came out to the lobby to and escorted me to her workplace . The assistant explained to me what she would be doing. Her manner was very professional. When the cleaning was done she pointed out on the pictures she took where she wanted me to concentrate my teeth cleaning. I would have given her a 5-star rating but then there would not have been room to show improvement in the future

As always Carrie Randolph DDS is exceptional! The whole team is amazing to deal with from the smiling faces at the front desk to the assistants, hygienests and Carrie herself! Chair side manor is always very enjoyable and I never leave feeling like any questions weren't answered! 1000% recommend!
