I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Cross and her amazing clinic here. Dr. Cross is the ultimate and classy profession who sincerely takes her time with every patient and includes the patient on every step of the way. She is a supreme patient educator and patient advocate. Her team was so welcoming and they went above and beyond to reschedule after Alaska decided to throw a snow storm into the mix. To every member of the team, I give you my most heartfelt thank you!!!

The staff should have better bedside manner, family members go with their loved one to help and be with them, however twice now I feel talked down to and and treated like a random person when in fact I was there for my husband. I dread taking my husband to his appointments here. Have respect and do better with all people!

I went to Integrative Pain Center today for and intake/assessment, as my PCP issued a referral to them in November 2023. However, my initial appointment was scheduled for May 2024, but I cancelled due to recovering from a surgery and they quickly rescheduled it for August 29, 2024. My appointment lasted all of 10 minutes total. I found the lady working the front desk to be kind, but overly busy. I waited for almost 15 minutes or longer after my appointment ended for a medical release form but no one provided me with the form, so I left. Btw, the doctor claimed to need this form before she would treat me....a long with other background info which they had over nine months to request of me. A medical release document is something that should've been standard at my check-in or even given to me with their thick pre-intake package they emailed and needed returned before they would schedule. Instead this place would rather charge my insurance for unrendered services by having me arrive for an appointment that they wasn't prepared for. I plan to dispute the charges as beside going over my medications and looking at a CT scan from FMH they did not do anything. They must have some contact with FMH since apparently I didn't sign a release for them to see those records.

Also, it should be noted that I found the provider and the attending nurse to be prejudiced and lacking cultural sensitivity. Most importantly, they both of them lacked empathy and compassion, for many reasons that I'll gladly list out if asked. But I'll stress that I do not recommend this company or provider, Dr. Cross. I would've rated a zero or given it one star had it not been for the kind, but preoccupied, front desk clerk or office manager (I really don't know what her official title is). However, if you're of the BIPOC community, I highly suggest you seek out another provider even if you have to go to Anchorage or Seattle.

Dr. Cross is awesome. After getting the run around by many physicians over the years concerning my back pain, she was able to dial in and work out a pain management plan that has really improved my quality of life. Her entire team is super polite. Highly recommend!

Everytime I come back to Integrative Pain Centers to see Dr. Cross, I have a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and supporting and takes their time. I never feel rushed or as "just an other patient" - everybody makes me feel welcome and makes me feel like their priority for now. The Front Office stuff is friendly and professional and the MA's are helpful and understanding for my constant pain. Dr. Cross is always makes an effort to manage my pain in new ways and she listens and takes her time and she is very good in explaining everything that is going on. I never feel like I go into a procedure without knowing what is going to happen. She always makes an effort to educate her patients and to explain and answer every question. I finally found a doctor who can help me and make my pain tolerable.

Dr , Cross should have her license removed! I went to see her with my pain issues and I didn't know what was wrong so she looked at my mri and she said I was faking it then she sent my company a letter saying that I neededto return to work full duty and that there was nothing wrong with me. I had a real problem then so I went to a different Dr and it turned out my neck was completely crushed and broken in 4 places. She is the worst Dr I've ever met definitely not recommended. She is crazy the way she flipped out on me in the Dr office. I was totally shocked.
Do not trust her
