SoCal mental health is a life changing experience. The staff is beyond incredible, meeting every clients individuals needs and maintaining a safe emotional environment. They provide spiritually healing groups, soundbaths,breathworks,music therapy, and psycho education therapy for processing and regulating emotions for those who are new in recovery.The therapists are professional and very aware of each clients emotional needs and meet them. The chefs provided are top knotch, providing healthy accommodations and specific dietary needs (gluten free,vegan,etc).The owners of the facility are incredibly humble human beings and truly care about everyone.
If you or a loved is struggling with anxiety,depression, alcoholism or any other mental health disorder I would highly recommend this faculty above the rest. I truly want to thank them for helping me learn how to cope with my emotional struggles.Thank you Socal mental health for changing my life!

Socal Mental Health was very good to me. I was battling grueling cycles of depression and social anxiety that I've experienced my whole life before coming to SMH that has inhibited me from living a normal life or even just feeling comfortable in my own skin. While here, I was given in-depth knowledge of my mental illness and all the symptoms and negative thought processes that come with it, and strategies to combat them. I was given so much love/care by not only the clinical team, but the amazing staff and owners of the company. I was given an individualized treatment plan that worked cohesively with where I'm currently at in life and where I want to be. And more importantly, I gained the confidence to follow through on these things. I have a spark for life back that I haven't felt in years. Socal Mental Health holds a very special place in my heart because of my experience with them and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who might be struggling. Holistic Healing resonates with me and Socal Mental health executes on that greatly. I never felt like just a number to them. I've noticed that can be very common in certain facilities. They really do care and provide individualized treatment in a clean, safe environment.

When I had first come to California, I was in a different facility and had bad experiences at it. Socal was a very different and delightful experience. I loved the people who have worked with me on my problems, who have tried to help me figure things out that I needed help with. They seriously help and aren't condescending at all! Plus, the outings and food were phenomenal. Thank you friends at Socal!

I felt very heard by all of the staff and they were very helpful to my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, they have great facilities and the food is top tier. i had a very great stay and will definitely be applying myself in the alumni community to help out others that were once in my position. The staff are super friendly and helpful therapist are awesome and do anything they can to help always food available. overall a super awesome place to go especially after going to a detox center.
