I really had a great experience with Xpress Urgent Care. I saw a PA named Grace who came highly recommended and she couldn’t have been better. She was attentive and thorough and genuinely seemed to care about me and finding the best way to treat my condition. I am excited to move down the path to healing and I can’t thank everyone at Xpress enough!

I never have too long overweight, they take my visit. Sirius, they help me right away and solve the problem before. I ever even leave the facility. It made me feel confident about their diagnosis about the doctors about the staff. I feel very confident. I trust them and I value their commitment To provide the right care, knowing that I won't have to have a revisit, or felt like they weren't able to help me. I feel like the doctors are very knowledgeable. As is the nursing staff, the technician that works. There is very knowledgeable down-to-earth. They have a comfortable environment and their hours very helpful. The facility I feel like is clean, comfortable and easy to access.

They have misleading advertising on their website. We were willing to pay 450 dollars for the UCIS medical exam (it is still very expensive!), when we arrived at the facilities they greeted us with the fact that a month ago they had changed the rate to 575 dollars!! how shameless! Obviously we left there and found another much unexpensive place and they served us the same day. I do not recommend them, they lie about prices, and if I could give them 0 stars I would gladly do so.

I recently took my son to this urgent care facility after making an appointment. Upon arrival, I found the facility to be quite empty. I explained my son's condition to the staff member who attended to us, whom I assumed was the physician. However, I felt that the level of care provided was insufficient, as my son was not properly examined. Instead, the staff member asked a few questions and ultimately decided to send us home without a diagnosis or any prescribed medicine. This experience was frustrating, as it felt like we had wasted valuable time without receiving the necessary medical attention.

This urgent care belonged to my network of providers. I went at the end of covid illness because I was not getting better. I spoke someone on the phone before going and found out I did not have to have an appt. I specifically wanted to go to one that did x-rays in case I needed one since I was coughing so badly. The wait was minimal. They were very efficient and professional. I do recommend this facility, especially if you need x-rays as not all urgent cares have x-ray. They felt I did not need x-ray instead received RX. I got better. I live pretty far from this place and would not usually go to this facility. But for the community of Costa Mesa its great.

It was my first time going to this clinic. Super quick and easy! I did not have to wait long at all, and the doctor was so nice! The girls at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. They’re very efficient too, I was in and out in no time. I’m glad this urgent care is close to my house!

I love the Costa Mesa Xpress Urgent care. They are so nice and helpful and know what they are doing. I prefer to go there then go to the doctors office. Make an appointment and you will be seen on time.
