I love United Physical Therapy West. Firstly, it is conveniently located, access and parking are easy, the interior is attractive, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. Secondly the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are great with appointments, billings, payments, insurance etc. I have worked with only one therapist there but she is friendly, well-trained, and extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me with ways to relieve pain, to strengthen my body to prevent further injury and pain, and to adapt aspects of my day-to-day life to my current abilities and limitations. Plus I really enjoy my sessions. I can't say enough about how United PT has made a difference.

After a total hip replacement I went to United for my PT. I had a very positive experience using two different providers. They are professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back for any PT needed. I almost exclusively had Brooke. I will ask for her again. Two of my friends went to different therapists and they also had very positive experiences.

I cannot recommend Erin Danielson too highly. Over several years, she repeatedly impressed me with the depth of her understanding about how to diagnose and remedy bio-mechanical problems. Age-related problems can often be mitigated by changing posture, and habits of movement, in addition to strengthening work, and her suggestions were invaluable. I felt accepted and respected, and am grateful for her help!

No one wants to fall or have an injury or an accident, but it is good to know that UPT is there to help you recover and heal quickly. You do your part and they will do theirs with therapy and exercises to help with range of motion and strength training. And everyone I’ve met is friendly, supportive and helpful. I can recommend UPT without reservation.
