Daniella is amazing - super smart, thorough, dedicated, kind, and passionate about her craft. I can't recommend her enough.

After a year with plantar fasciitis and no end in sight (after trying acupuncture, osteopathy, laying off it, etc.), I finally got in to see Daniella. I was skeptical of a steroid shot, because I knew there had to be a root cause that needed addressing. And sure enough, Daniella used her expertise, detective-like skills and intuition to create a plan to get me back together - sans shot.

The progress I've had working with Daniella - through her in-person sessions and the program she created for me to follow-at home - even in a short time, is pretty remarkable. Not only is my heel pain getting better, I'm getting stronger and more aligned overall.

I'm already back to doing most of the things I love - and I'm confident that I'll be fully back to them all in time as we continue to work together.

Daniella is FANTASTIC! I came to her with a history of sports injuries and some long-term chronic back pain that I've never been able to fully understand or treat. I'm a quite active person and I don't want to be limited in what I can do. With Daniella's help, I've learned so much about how to strengthen the right muscles, reduce the overreliance on others, avoid movements that could flare up my injury, and move in a healthier manner. Daniella has taken a very holistic view of my body and I'm able to manage my injury with confidence now. My symptoms and pain have decreased - and when they do appear, I’m better able to relieve them, which is amazing. My posture has improved and I feel more in control and aware. She's super knowledgeable and very helpful - I'm so glad I found her!

Daniella is excellent. She had me back to mountain biking, waterskiing, and all my favorite sports not long after dislocating my shoulder...with no surgery. She has corrected my alignment and body movement which had been impacted by years of overcorrecting for various injuries. I feel stronger and more stable than ever. 5 stars!
