Alicia is the best! I saw her years ago while pregnant, then post-partum, and more recently again -9yrs later- when I was struggling with some pelvic floor issues. Alicia is an incredible provider and I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

I saw her during my pregnancy for birth prep work as well as postpartum. Alicia provides a very comfortable environment to receive care. I love how she structures her appointments, by having a discussion on any concerns/questions the patient has and providing a roadmap for the appointment, before any physical evaluation starts, and finishing the appointment with a debrief.

I always walk out feeling better and more confident in knowing what’s going on with my body than I did walking in.

Alicia was warm and welcoming in our initial visit. She did a great job in explaining the pelvic floor and helping to understand how to engage those muscles. Because of her, during my birth I felt prepared for the pushing stage, and understood well how to engage and breathe. Postpartum she helped me regain the ability to engage my pelvic floor and was very realistic with the time I had to do exercises at home. Would highly recommend her to any woman whether birthing or not. Unfortunately there is not much education provided to us on our pelvic floor and it has given me such insight in how to prevent future injury.
