I absolutely loved Dr. Solomon and the staff. I had no problems until I needed a crown and his assistant drilled the tooth down. The crown looked hideous but I did not say anything. I was much later informed that I had a bill for said crown. I contacted my insurance company and they said staff refused to provide requested records after several attempts so they denied the claim. I abused the insurance I had spoke with his office and the insurance company told me they would also contact office again and request the records. Apparently nothing was done because I keep getting bills. Insurance would pay if they received the correct documents. The crown shifted and was sticking out of my mouth and I had to have the tooth pulled by another dentist. I had to have a lot of work redone by a new dentist. If his assistant had not drilled my tooth I feel the outcome would have been different. I loved the atmosphere and understand he is training his assistants and they often helped with work. Another assistant tried to help me with some discoloration and filed the front of my teeth off causing more dental work. Good intentions but .. the insurance claim is complete incompetence on not providing the records

Dr. Solomon is great! However, if you have an emergency his front staff aren’t very concerned and show absolutely no empathy. I shared that I was in extreme pain and asked if there were any recommendations for urgent care and was told no. Which is fine. But then I asked how are these situations handled and is basically nothing that can be done. The scheduler just said “pretty much” as if I was annoying him with my questions. Maybe he’s never had a toothache. But in my past, I’ve known the dentist office to be able to provide some type of additional options if the patient is in pain and they can’t see me for another week.

Hello First thing first I love this dental clinic the staff are very nice I've never been to a dentist that really shared a laugh while working on ur mouth very nice, second it's been awhile sine me and my wife been to the dentist due to driving long distance we came in with a c- minus smile dr Solomon said we can get your smiles back and I'm glad to say that this was our 2nd visit and we have A+ smiles now but mines just look better. ? ? ? ? ?. Thanks Dr Solomon will definitely make this our dental home.

This is an amazing Dentist and staff, not only do they work well with each other they go over and above making sure the Patients are put first. When I have went to 4 other dentist in my state because of infection really bad and to my heart doctors none of them would help me. I was to the point the infection has gone to my chest. My Mother told me to see Doctor Jeffery Solomon in Alabama, I'm so glad I did. I believe that he saved my life. And his prices are very affordable . I owe this man so much more than a recommendation .Thank you Doctor Jeffery Solomon

I've been to this dentist four times in less than three months, think about how inconvenient that had to be for me with a small infant. I had a filling done, it was done incorrectly so I had to come back to get it redone ,mind you needles had to be stuck in my gum again for numbing . I returned again because bonding fell out and cracked on two additional teeth and they had to be redone. While being repaired, I asked him to look at the filling again ( third time) because it was starting to cause me pain again. He took some bonding off and now I'm in even more pain. Now, I'm headed to another dentist to see if they can fix what has been done incorrectly. I am so frustrated, irritated, and disappointed. I don't know if it's the dentist, the incorrect technique, or the eqipment or material they are using that is faulty because it does appear to be a bit old, but this has been the worst and most painful experience of my life . The staff is nice and inviting, but work completed has been terrible. From coming in for a cleaning with no pain to having pain on a regular basis is the opposite effect that a dentist should have on a patient. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero.

Can't wait to see Dr Solomon tomorrow. I have not been to the dentist since covid. I drive 40 minutes. Nothing to see my favorite dentist and staff. A little nervous due to the long tike between cleaning. Fix me up.
