I have been going to Dr Robert’s for atleast 15 yrs!! I have always enjoyed the quality of service and honesty I get from he and his staff! They have become more than just my dentist and employees at the dentist! They are friends. They ask about my family and myself. I had a terrible toothache pop up over the holiday weekend, and I remembered Dr Robert’s personal cell number was on his card. I sent him a text asking for a first thing appointment the next day, he responded back in less than 10 minutes and when I arrived the next morning he had put me on the books! How many Dr’s do you know would put their personal cell number on their cards, let alone respond back to the text! I will travel the 30/45 from Mt Olive to Pleasant Grove for as long as I have to! Dr Robert’s is amazing and invested in his patients…. Not just lining his pockets!!

I can’t tell you the patience and love they show you there. It’s like you are family when you walk through the door. Dr. Roberts and his staff are as good as they come. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than them. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have. I have never been so happy to go to a dentist! Thank y’all so much!!!

This office has been trying to fraudulently bill me for the services I received back in May. First, they sent the bill to my parents who were listed as emergency contacts. I called them and they admitted they had not sent the bill to my insurance so I gave my info to them again only for them to send ME the full bill a couple of weeks later. I checked my patient portal with my insurance and there was no claim on file. I then noticed that they charged me an addition $1.42 as a "financial charge" on the bill and added a line that said the account was over 90 days past due. I tried to call them twice this morning to resolve but their phones state that the office is closed. It is currently 08:38 on a Monday morning. I have already notified my insurance of the fraudulent billing practice.

What an incredible experience. Never have I been so pleased with service somewhere I use to hate to go. Doc Roberts and his staff have never been anything less than exceptional whenever I visit. And when it’s time to go see them I actually find myself smiling about it.
