Ended up having to pay everything out of pocket. When they tell you your insurance will reimburse you, they are making an assumption. Check with your insurance first because they will not check. Normally the dentist does this for you before performing the service/surgery, but instead the opposite happened here where they called me after my appointment and told me a bunch of stuff they assumed was covered in the treatment plan actually wasn’t, so I owed them more money ($1500 overall). This was not an emergency. I even emailed them my x rays from 6 months ago in advance and they still took more X-rays. I paid for those. There’s no reason they couldn’t have called my insurance company beforehand like every other dentist I have been to does.

I have been seeing my dentist for 25 years and needed immediate care so I chose this one due to reviews. Dr. Melanie and her staff are truly amazing. I had a bad chipped tooth went in and they evaluated, asked if I could stay to finish the procedure and told me the cap would be made within two hours. I didn’t know this was possible. The new tooth fit perfectly , felt great and I couldn’t believe it all happened within two hours. Dr. Melanie is a perfectionist. Her staff is the same. I am so so happy to find my new dentist and hygienist for my entire family. We are making the switch. You should too. My eyes were opened to dentistry techniques I never knew.

Dr. Meadows and her staff are by far the best in the West. I am a poster child for the Dental industry and in my entire life I have never had such great care. I am a constant challenge and she and her team are always there for me. I wish I'd have found them 40 years ago. They are my second family and I will love them always and forever. Dr. Meadows is not only a very capable dentist, but she is friendly and kind. She came highly recommended. I had a cracked discolored tooth and she made a same-day crown that matched my other teeth well and is comfortable. She also gave helpful advice on other matters. Her staff is very friendly as well.
