I love Dr Dupre and his staff. They actually listen to what you have to say and answers any questions. When I leave, I leave with more answers than questions. He is not like other doctors, if he doesn't know exactly what it is he will send you to a specialist instead of throwing medicine at at.I have used them for 15+ years and drive 50 miles one way to see him. As long as he is there Iwill continue to make that drive. We need more doctors that cares like he does.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Dupre since we moved here in 2010. I recommend him to anyone looking for a physician. He's always in a very pleasant mood all the while being very professional. I have never felt rushed when I have an appointment with him. He is always more than happy to answer all your questions and explain his goals and medications for your optimal health care. His staff are very courteous and Dr Dupre always gets back to you within 24 hours

Dr Dupre has always gone above and beyond my expectations of a personal physician. I would like to thank him for the care he has given me and my family. Thanks Dr Dupre!!

My husband and I went into his office and I saw Dr Dupre while my husband saw someone else, I told the Dr I thought I needed to he tested for Covid and he ignored my symptoms and requests and switched the med I take for something else. When I went to where my husband was he had tested positive for covid, his NP tested me and I came out positive. Dr. Dupre dismissed my symptoms and treated me like it was all in my head. He is very rude at times. He seems to treat men better than he does women.

I recently lost someone very dear to me, I went to see Dr Dupre for a regular check up. He knew something was different. He took the time and listened to my sobs wasn't in a rush to move on to the next patient. He and his staff made me feel like I was his only patient for the day. He has always been my doctor and I would not change for anything. This man is an excellent doctor and cares for his patients. If you are looking he's your guy.

Dr. Dupre has been my doctor for over 15 years. He has always taken care of my family. He is a kind and caring doctor. He takes time to talk to each of his patients and truly get to know them as well as their needs. Recently my father went to see Dr. Mike about what he felt was kidney stones. Blood tests were run, everything looked good according to the bloodwork. Dr. Dupre wanted to be on the safe side and have a ultrasound done before my father left. By taking the extra step and double checking, Dr. Dupre saved my fathers life. By one ultrasound, a mass was found, he also had an aneurism as well. We were sent to amazing surgeons and both the mass and the aneurism were taken care of immediately. By being the amazing doctor that he is and just doing what he always does, he saved my fathers life. There are no words that I can write to truly explain my gratitude for Dr. Dupre, but I wanted everyone reading this to know what a wonderful doctor he truly is. If you are looking for a doctor to care for you, listen to you, provide excellent health care and go the extra mile for you, I can say with all certainty that you will find all of those things and more with Dr. Mike Dupre.

I have used Dr. Dupre for over 12 years. He has always taken the time to listen to my needs and validate my concerns. There have been times that he made a diagnoses when the "specialists" couldn't. I can remember one time that I was totally overwhelmed when nobody else would listen to me. HE DID! I remember sobbing because FINALLY somebody took the time to get to the bottom of the problem. When I moved an hour away, I still made the trip to Pell City because I KNEW he would take care of me. My husband uses him as well. We will never use anyone else. His staff is so caring and you can actually reach them if you need to. They always return calls. I highly recommend Dr. Dupre. As far as I am concerned, he's the BEST!

Have been going here for around 6 years with not many issues (sometimes billing). Had to get them to help with short term disability paperwork for a couple of weeks due to mental health issues. I had my psychologist's notes faxed to them during the process. A couple of weeks after this, I had an appointment for basic medical issues. While I was waiting for the doctor to come in, I had a bit of anxiety and had to leave. I simply walked out without saying a word to anyone. I never received a phone call or anything asking what happened or if I was okay. Instead, I received a Patient Dismissal Letter a week later severing our patient-provider relationship due to a "Breakdown of Provider/Patient relationship". With everything I'm going through, this was a huge punch in the gut.

I talked to the Practice Manager who was all smiles and corporate nods, saying she would look into it. I asked for specific reasons this was done. Finding a new doctor is a huge pain, especially when you live in the sticks. After a day or two, she called back and listed a few reasons that were straight out lies. I asked if they could mail or email those reasons so I could have them in writing. They, of course, never did.

I know because I used the term "mental issues" that some might think I did something out of the way. I did not. They did this for one of three reasons and none of them are reason enough. 1) They didn't like having to deal with the extra paperwork for short term disability, 2) They read my notes and decided they didn't like what they saw (spoiler alert, it's depression, I'm not a psycho), or 3) They consider panic attacks and anxiety something they don't want to deal with.

I've never heard of anything like this in my 50 years. It's ridiculous and unprofessional.

Been seeing Dr. Dupre for over 9 years now. Can't find a better doctor anywhere. He treats you like family, and his staff are very nice also. The new buildings are state of the art. They are always trying to improve by getting new machines, specialists and improved facilities. No need to go anywhere else, since they have everything you need on the premises including a pharmacy. Recommend to everyone I know and work with.
