My dad has been a patient there on 3 different occasions since July 2024. For a week or longer, each time. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The location is close by and easy to get to for regular visits. There are various optional activities planned for each day throughout the week. They even have therapy dogs that make the rounds through the rooms.

Kearny Mesa Convalescent and Nursing facility was absolutely amazing. The grounds are pristine, inviting, and accommodating in all ways. Staff are very upbeat, and respectful of patients. I give it 5 stars and trust them with my loved ones.

I was a first time visitor. Very impressed with the welcoming atmosphere. And the cleanliness. The lack of the usual odors was refreshing. Our patient verified the meals were delicious. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Beautiful facility! We visited an elderly friend and found the flowers in the outside entry, the attendant upon entering, the open feeling inside, the pleasant smell and the friendliness of the staff, all wonderful. Our friend was happy, content and she said the food was good and there was plenty of it! Thank you so much for offering your residents such excellent care!

My mother has been at Kearny Mesa for some time now. She has been relatively happy there. Her clothes are always clean. Her bed is always clean. The staff has always been on top of things and there are plenty of them to care for their clients. She has three people in her room, which can be somewhat cramped at times. All three televisions going at once can be daunting when trying to visit. Overall, Kearny Mesa has been a positive experience for our family. I would definitely recommend the facility to anyone needing geriatric care.

I was first greeted with a smile by staff. It was clean. And as i walked the halls there was not any unpleasant odors as i previously observed from other facilities like yours. I must commence this facilities to the highest respect. I also observed how promptly the staff responded to call lights from patients. I also observed that staff members were very well groomed.

Well, my experience of this place has been very pleasant! While, I'm not a patient here my mother in law is, and her stay so far has been an A+. The staff are very nice and kind and try to be as attentive as possible. They have a HARD job with this place!!! My mother in law has visitors everyday, all day and the staff have been so gracious and patient with us, even allowing us to stay a little past the time of visiting hours. All in all it exceeds the expectations we had set out for the Home. The place seems clean and in working order. The con for me is and also the rest of my crew, are the shared rooms. This gets kinda frustrating and annoying!! Alot of the patients are hard of hearing and keep their tv, WAY TOO LOUDE! OTHER than that it's been Awesome !!!!!
